Jul 19,2024The order sat for 8 days because I didn’t see notification that additional documentation was needed for my credit card. Also, I made a “delivery appointment” as instructed by email- they completely ignored my delivery window and dropped it ifo of the apartment with no one home.

Jul 18,2024I ordered the bike online and paid for everything including shipping which was not cheap. I then get notified about a week later that the shipping costs I paid were not enough and I had to pay more. When I ordered it I had to put in my zip code so the shipping should have been adjusted at that time instead of a week later when my kid is already expecting it to show up. It was also put together wrong. He rode it for a week and the back tire was wobbling so I brought it to our local atv shop and he said the chain was way too tight and something else was wrong I can not remember for sure what it was, but he said whoever put the bike together did a half ass job.

Jul 17,2024what went wrong is you sent an assembled scoter that had damage probably from your assemblage that I have been trying to get resolved and you send items for putting it together. It runs poorly and should have been adjusted prior to shipping. NO floor mat and scratches on scoter.
