Like many previous customers I have also ordered a set of glasses and was told the order would take between 7-10 days. Still waiting with no reply to several emails and phone calls were not connected. I also will be contacting my bank. So disappointed ☹️
🚨 DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY 🚨they will take your money and then email telling you the items are out of stock and they will be back in stock 7-10 days later. Over 3 weeks later and I have tried calling over 20 times, each time the phone is put down on me. Tried emailing, no response. Contacted my bank and they thankfully got my money back! Terrible company they should be ashamed taking peoples hard earned money at Christmas and then not sending the products. AVOID THIS COMPANY 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨
Terrible customer services - money taken but no product or response. After confirming the order and taking my money, they emailed to say the product isn't in stock so I'd have to wait. After telling them to cancel via email, they haven't responded in 4 days. They don't pick up the phone so I'm having to go through PayPal to get a refund.
Ordered a set of 4 Wine glasses on 2 December and have sent 2 emails to chase my order with no response. I attempted to call them and the line just cuts off. Not sure I will get my order in time for Christmas. I wish I had purchased from another retailer. I will contact my bank to take this further. Update: Surprisingly I had an email after I posted my review above. It stated my item would be dispatched next day delivery! However I am still waiting 5 days later for it. Update 18.12.23; Order arrived however glasses chipped. I wonder how long it will now be until they respond to me! Update 28.12.23; No email responses after 3 emails! I have ordered dinner plates and I was told I will receiving them btw 7 to 10 working but nothing. I emailed the customer service 11/12 but I haven't from them till today
I placed an order at the beginning of December to be told a couple of days later that the items I had ordered were out of stock and would be notified when they are back in stock. I have sent multiple emails as they are Christmas presents and had no response. I will be contacting the credit card company if I don't get a response.
Same story as other recent posts. I’ve ordered an item, paid, been told they await stock and can’t get hold of them for love or money. Avoid.
I placed an order on the 24 November and received an email on the 27 November saying items out of stock but expected in stock in 7 to 10 days. I’ve heard nothing since so emailed on the 10 December, 12 December. I received an email apologising because of the Christmas volume of queries and my item is now with the delivery company, a bit late but I’m happy as it’s in time for Christmas!
Ordered and paid for 2 pairs of aqua Galway gin and tonic glasses, out of stock apparently, then came in month later and dispatched. 2 pairs paid for but just 1 pair dispatched! Since then no email replied to, phone calls disconnect, this was supposed to be a present. Avoid this company, they are either just plain fraudulent or have very poor business organisational skills. Update 18/12/23. Eventually got reply on 4th email. A very nice and sincere apology and a full refund. Had this been sorted on first email that would have been better. Will not be using this company again but appreciated response received in the end , now need to redo some Xmas shopping:-(
Placed an order on 26th November. Immediate email advising a 10-day shipping delay (payment still taken of course). To date I have had no further word from the company despite multiple attempts to contact. Buyer beware I suppose.

Do not use this company at any cost they are charlatons. They take your money, then 3 days later email to inform you that your out of stock. They then ignore numerous, subsequent emails enquiring as to likely delivery times. They also ignore all phone calls including the customer service and sales lines. Although registered at Companies House I can only assume this organisation is a front and a scam.
This company are taking payment for items they don't stock. No contact in response to my emails to them. Starting to think it's a scam.
Still waiting for products ordered emailed twice and no answer. Rubbish service wouldnt use again!!
After an initial very poor experience with this company they did appologise and get most the products I ordered to me in the end. So 1 star for first impressions and 3 extra for how they finally dealt with it.
Placed an order on 8 Nov. The next day they emailed to say they don't have it (but still took the money) and it will take 2 weeks to reach me. On 27 Nov, I emailed to cancel the order as there was no further contact from them and I'd assumed it was not a legitimate business. There was no response so I called. They didn't answer the phone. On 28 Nov, they replied to say they will have the item on 29 Nov and asked me if I still want it. Later that day, they processed a refund without awaiting my response. I emailed them on 30 Nov and they've chosen not to respond. All in all, it's difficult to ascertain if this is a genuine trader as what sort of professional business would choose to treat customers in this way. Please avoid.

Been searching for ages for a pretty cut crystal vase for my mum for Christmas then came across this company. The vase was on the Black Friday offer so was excellent value for money. Received vase within a couple of days of ordering. Well packaged. It is a beautiful vase, just as pictured. My mum will be very pleased. I would use this company again.
Ordered a Christmas decoration and they have now emailed saying they are unable to send due to it no longer being in stock…. They will send it in April. 🙃
