Jun 20,2018I would recommend this company for their wide range of products at competitive prices. I ordered 6 Denby mugs and although extremely well packaged 1 mug arrived chipped. I contacted the company with photos and a replacement was ordered and dispatched to me with no hesitation. The company maintained contact by email to keep me u to date with the progress of my order. Excellent customer service!

Jun 05,2018Customer service is exceptional. Have been collecting various Waterford pieces for many years. Their price was best on the internet and the fragile vase was received well packaged. I would recommend their website to anyone. I had trouble sourcing this particular vase so called them to ensure that they were able to source the vase. Their telephone manner was exceptional as was their help on the matter. One happy customer who will be returning!!

May 29,2018I am from the Netherlands and this was the second timeI ordered at this firm. Great.What an excellent service they have. I bought Portmeirion Botanic Garden and they tried to get all I wanted to have. The delivery is very quick and not too expensive. I am a great fan of this tableware. Bought some in England and I am very glad I can also buy the pieces I want via internet. Everything is packed very well. I think I am going to put another order in a few days. Lovely company. May 26,2018The company offers an impressive selection of products with excellent prices, but in my opinion the real value-add is their customer service. I have been shopping their online store from the US and have challenged them with some large orders, one of which prompted an intense review by customs. They have a very knowledgeable and professional customer service staff (especially Dan) who worked with customs and kept me informed until the products were delivered. They are a pleasure to work with. I will definitely continue to shop Kings and Queens and I would highly recommend them – especially to any international customers.

May 24,2018It’s not often I go out of my way to leave a review but I am so pleased with the service and efficiency I received from the staff. I ordered some very specific glassware that needed extra care for delivery as the stems are easily broken in transit. Not only did they arrive in more than reasonable time....the gentleman I spoke to was polite and very patient considering I’m extremely fussy. They clearly know their stuff A+++ product and service/delivery. Will recommend to my friends and family and will be ordering again very soon. Thank you

As a family-run business they always go out of their way to help, especially with items that are difficult to source. I was kept in the loop from ordering right through to delivery (DPD, the best). The breakable item was packaged very well. I wouldn't hesitate on ordering from them again.

Apr 22,2018I placed an order which I wanted amended. They made the adjustments and sent a reconfirmation, and the staff were extremely helpful. I was kept up to date with the status of my order and the items were packed perfectly and arrived with no breakages. The company offers a great customer service and I am not one that’s easily pleased. I would definitely recommend using Kings & Queens over the big chains, and will undoubtedly order from them again.

Customer service us built in trust and my recent dealings with this company and with Tom have convinced me that I will shop again with kings and queens. I found them efficient and helpful. Apr 19,2018Brilliant service! I initially rang these guys a few days ago but couldn't decide on the product but they were very patient. I have now just ordered a pan from these guys, and Tom, who I had previously spoken with was brilliant. I was wary given all their previous negative feedback about the delay if stock was not in. Tom, was very helpful and explained that the company has changed hands since and they communicate far more with their suppliers to ensure that people are not waiting months for out of stock items but have a maximum wait of 3 weeks and you will be kept in the loop all along the way. Mine happened to be in stock so will receive tomorrow with the option to leave in a safe place, which I love. I was unsure whether to order another pan as they require much maintenance so said would see how would get on with this one but Tom was very obliging with the 2nd shipping cost should I come back to get the smaller version. I understand the process has to be like it is with out of stock items as that is the only way they can acquire such good prices. The good price can forfiet the time it takes to get to you as they could not afford to hold unwanted stock. I would use these guys again after today's service.

Apr 16,2018I purchased a Waterford Crystal vase on Friday and it arrived today (Monday) - fantastic! The vase had to be brought from the Waterford Crystal warehouse before it shipped to me so delivery was going to take longer than I thought - I expressed to Dan that I needed it sooner and he made it happen and was so pleasant to deal with. PLUS inluding the shipping cost, my purcahse was cheeper than the product alone if I had of bought it through Waterford directly. I would highly recommend this company!

Apr 11,2018I ordered a Beswick figure of a Highland cow but unfortunately they were out of stock. A nice chap called Tom phoned the following day to say that they did have one and would put it in the post the following morning, great service! Unfortunately DPD couldn’t match that service!!

Apr 05,2018How do you rate a company great? Either if everything goes smoothly from start to finish, or if they take the opportunity of something going wrong to show that they are friendly and flexible, and care about their customers. Yes, quite frankly, it does take some waiting and some chasing on your end to get the items you ordered as they're not in stock which is not indicated on the website, but with a pretty large discount on RRP and the best prices that Google can find, I think you can more than overlook that as a customer. When I was sent a broken item, the team assisted by shipping a replacement and when that replacement unfortunately turned out to be the wrong item, they ensured that I would get the correct item one way or the other. Not without its hiccups, but great price, and very approachable, personal service so I would definitely order from them again!
