I placed my order in February for a Graduation present. Received an email saying they were awaiting stock arrival. So I waited. I didn’t hear anything so I rang them. They were very apologetic and said that as soon as the order arrived they would send it straight out. I again heard from them in April saying my order would be with me in May. At this point they did offer a refund but stupidity I thought as I had waited this long I might as well carry on. Now I can’t get hold of them, I have emailed and had no replies. I checked the company status on the government website and it says the company is still active. Still waiting to hear back !
I ordered items on 23/5/2024. I received one email update after chasing on 12th June advising that my order would be received at the end of June/ start of July. I have emailed twice for an update and tried calling since then but have had no response. My order was over £200 and now the website is listed as closed.
I ordered a cake stand back in June. It didn't arrive on time and I was told they were still waiting for it from the suppliers. Into July and still no sign of my purchase. I have since requested a refund for them. They said I would get it within 7 working days. It never happened. I looked at their website and it says that they are closed. Looks like I have been scammed and won't see my money again.
Still waiting for answers to emails having read previous reviews now not expecting to receive my order placed in May. Dreadful order now showing as closed, gives all on line shops a bad reputation as can’t order with any confidence
As with most other people I placed my order (3rd June), received an email from "Liz" to say it was out of stock and I would receive it in 10-14 days. It's now been over a month and I have had no further reply, the order has not arrived nor have I received a refund. All evidence online would indicate they have shut up shop and are no longer trading, if they ever were.
Requested a refund for half my order (placed April 23) as it is still not in stock, now getting radio silence. Appears the site is now closed so at least no one else can order from these crooks. Where’s my money!?
I also requested a refund for half of my order which never arrived and I am now getting radio silence like everyone else… I have a bad feeling that the crown has slipped off of this ‘Liz’ and he/she has fled Fluckingham Palace with our hard earned cash!
Looks like I’ve been scammed. Judging by other comments, I’ve had the same experience. Told out of stock, wait, month passed and no response to my email. Now see website is closed, scumbags.
NO STARS...DISGRACEFUL Took my money then said out of stock, this was May 11th. Dont even have the decency to reply to emails.
I can't reply to comments on here but to everyone waiting for the company to respond, don't bother! SCAM! Ordered a gift back in May and had the same polite bulls*** emails saying 'delay in order' 'thanks for your patience', bla bla. Same as others on here, the emails soon stopped and no replies whatsoever, no response when asking for refund. I have now gone to my credit card company and they have refunded me - hopefully they will come down on the company too. Report to trading standards. No excuse for lack of comms especially when everyone has obviously been so polite and patient for weeks whilst waiting for their items and there's been no intention of fulfilling these orders. 'Liz' doesn't even exist in my opinion, a quick search on Companies House and Facebook will show you who runs this scam. No doubt they'll set up again as something else so beware!
I ordered some plates which showed as in stock on their website. I was then contacted by E mail to say that they were in fact out of stock but would be back in soon. After a month of waiting I asked for a refund which they agreed to within seven days - customer service was in fact friendly and efficient. Two weeks passed with no refund and I now see that their website is showing as closed. I am now £66 out of pocket.
Ordered in April 24. Told items out of stock but would be delivered in June. Agreed to wait then no goods. Cancelled order and requested full refund. Was told this would be dealt with by finance dry. Since then no response to emails and no refund! Very disappointed!! I would definitely not recommend!
As per other feedback on this company, I placed an order 10th May and received the what seems to be standard email from Liz saying there would be a 10-12 day delay. I was fine with this - however when I followed up at the start of June Liz told me there was a further delay to early July. Emailed last week and received no response. Now the phone number doesn’t seem to work and the website is ‘closed’. I lodged a dispute with my credit card company this morning and provided them with screenshots of the website, the order and the last update from Liz. They ave advised they will credit my account whilst they investigate. If the merchant can prove I have not told the truth the amount will be debited back. Hopefully this will help others who have fallen foul of what I think is a company in administration.
Ordered goods and payment taken 15th April. To date, despite several emails, still no product. I just signed in to try to find a telephone number. Guess what, website shows they are now closed!! I am happy to retract this review if Kings and Queens can either deliver my goods promptly or return my money.
I ordered my items over 6 weeks ago was told they would be delayed have emailed numerous times asking what is happening and if and when they are arriving I have had no reply and now the website is shut. Looks like iv been scammed and they have taken my money and run off. Shame because the product looked lovely
Ordered on 11th June, emailed to say 12 day delivery. 12 days comes and goes.. no reply to emails, website now says closed. Scammers
Anyone know if these guys have gone bust? Ordered goods 19th May, all the promised delivery dates have gone by. I've requested a refund which was promised, but not actioned, and now there is no response to my emails, plus website closed down.

Despite many emails over a period of 7 weeks reassuring me that my order would be fulfilled, it has not been. I am no longer receiving a response to my emails and the website has shut down.

Jul 19,2024Same story. Ordered six weeks ago. They didn't say it was on backorder or out of stock when they took the money or I'd never have ordered from them. Then you get an email saying it's out of stock but coming in a couple of weeks. Date comes and goes, no updates and no replies to chasing emails. Website says closed. Facebook account has been closed. Thinking I'm probably not going to see the bowls or the cash ever again. Rage.
