Well I'll update this rating if wrong - ordered 21st May... had to email to get updates of stock that was not supposed to be out of stock, but was (no auto emails sent) and by today 4th July 2024 I still have not received my items. Just now asked for a refund. If I don't get one immediately I will update to 1 star. If I do, I'll update and issue improved feedback. The reviews here have prompted me to request a refund rather than wait. The website is now showing 'closed' which is worrying.
Hi all, it looks like kings & queens have done to me what they have done to others. There is a positive though.. I will in due course pass on relevant contact details in order to get a response. Isn’t it funny they can respond and appeal negative reviews on here but can’t to my email?
Ordered sets of glasses on May 28th, received an order update a few days later to say items out of stock, nothing since! Tried emailing, no reply, website saying they’re closed. I have now started a transaction dispute with my credit card company. Appalling company, don’t bother using. Update: letter now received from liquidators to advise the company has wound up and have no funds to reimburse for goods ordered and not received. Thankfully I paid with credit card so will have funds credited back to me.
Thieves. Ordered two glasses over a month ago, got the generic were out of stock message. I then asked for a refund and they ghosted me and closed their website!! Wish I read the reviews before spending money with these tramps
Don't use! Ordered for a friends 50th Birthday on the 17th May 2024. Still waiting (1st July 2024) and getting excuses from Liz that the supplier is out of stock. I rang the main supplier directly who stated the product is in stock and they have no pending orders from Kings & Queens for my items!! I think they call this fraud.....
Placed an order in April 2024, received an email some items out of stock and given the option to have the order sent out with out of stock items to follow or wait until order complete and send all together. I chose to wait. After a month had passed I chased and was updated by email that the missing items had been delayed. After another month I tried to contact them but had no response. I did notice some negative reviews appearing and became quite concerned so I decided to drive to their warehouse 24/06/2024. I was greeted with a warm welcome and could see my order was there awaiting a few missing items that were due the end of June early July. The reason I had not received a response was due to staff holidays but had been emailed with an update that morning. Liz who I dealt with was very nice and extremely helpful. The reason for writing this review is to Show that everything was infact alright with my order, just some items were delayed and taking longer to restock.
Weer eens een bed besteld bij Queens en Beds. De bedden slapen heerlijk en zijn betaalbaar. De eigenaar en personeel reageren snel en netjes super goede zaak met kwaliteitsbedden. Alweer mijn 4e bed hier gekocht.
Please avoid at all costs!! I placed an order on 30th April for Gin glasses saying that they were in stock. Still stating in stock even now, which clearly are NOT!! Then I received an email on 1/5/24 saying they were out of stock and they are giving a lead time of 12 to 14 days. It got to 12th June and still no sign of my order therefore I cancelled the order. I’ve since sent 2 emails requesting my refund and nothing, although going by the other reviews it looks like that is going to be a struggle. You are happy to take peoples hard earned money but can’t supply the goods. I honestly wished I read the reviews before ordering. I will be taking this further. Absolutely unacceptable.

Seems a lottery if you actually get your item, I order a tea and coffee canister in April and since ordering I've been promised it will be in stock with the next two weeks 5 times, I've now got my money back from my credit card company. If you do buy from this store make sure you use a credit card! Much easier to make a claim.
Ordered a vase and bowl on 28th April 2024, we are now 6th June and I’m still waiting? Email communication was replied to promptly at first, which I thought was great. However since asking for a refund because I don’t want to wait any longer (understandably) I’ve been ignored. I assume I will continued to be ignored. Now wishing I had read the reviews before buying. First time using this website and I won’t be using again. Will be going to my bank and citizen advice centre to escalate this matter. I emailed last Friday asking for a refund, we are now Thursday and still no reply. Have just sent a chaser email for the refund. Previously I was replied to the same day if not the next day to my emails. Has anyone manage to successfully get a refund from this company who appear to take peoples money and never deliver items or refunds for not providing the service/items we have paid for.

The bowls I ordered were just what I had been looking for and hadn't been able to find elsewhere. Ordering was really easy. They came well packed and were delivered quickly.
Fantastic service, fast delivery and well packaged as the port glasses have a very fragile thin stem. Will use again!
Items arrived safely packaged and on time
Called the customer service line (and spoke to a lovely lady named Liz) to check a product was in stock prior to placing an order, as prompted by the banner on their website stating there may be stock issues. Luckily, the item I required was in stock and as I am local to the business, they explained I could collect to avoid the delivery charge. I collected within two days from their warehouse and left feeling very happy with my purchase. A week later, I ordered a second time (online) as I wanted something sent directly to a friend. Unfortunately, this was out of stock and I had to wait 12 working days for it to be dispatched. However, I was contacted swiftly, the morning after placing the order online which I appreciated. I waited until now for my friend to receive their gift before writing my review. She is delighted with it and said it was very well packaged. They had even included a gift note on my behalf, which was a nice touch. A great experience overall, thanks Kings and Queens!

Jul 04,2024Made an order on the 14th of June and was given the usual delay message that I saw in the other reviews because items were out of stock and its been radio silence since. The website is closed, no one responds to emails and it looks like my money is gone. I saw someone mentioning that they went to the warehouse to visit them and found his stuff, so if anyone has any useful or relevant details please let us know.
