Knox is a British company specialising in the design and manufacturing of innovative body armour and apparel, mainly for motorcycling but also other adrenalin sports too.
Knox HQ is based in the beautiful Lake District in Cumbria and apparel is developed by a design team, based in the Knox Studio in London.

Feb 06,2023The product is fantastic I would highly recommend it. The problem is the courier. It charges a 19 euro fee to collect the vat . If I had know this I wouldn't have bought it. with the exchange rate and the fee it made it very expensive. To knox I know our government adds the vat. That I knew. if you used royal mail the fee would haven been about 4 euro to collect the 20euro vat. Ups charges 19 euro to collect 20 euro . Please use royal mail for delivery's. Outside the UK.

There is so much choice in the market place, Knox was the brand I trusted. Worth paying for the import tax and UPS. Living in Malaysia I need also trousers to deal with constant 30°c, these seem to live up to that challenge.

Jan 31,2023This is the worst eCommerce experience I've ever knew. First you have to pay for the custom tax, plus UPS fee (you don't know really why because shipping price is already paid, so 50€ more than the 15€ initially paid). Next, as the product does not fit, I want to return it but nothing is included, I have to pay another 20€ to send it back. For the exchange, of course I have to pay AGAIN 15€ for the shipping and finally, AGAIN 15€ for the custom tax with UPS. In fact, total cost of the shipping : 15+50+20+15+15=115€ for a product cost of 130€ Really strange, no pre-paid return voucher like everyone else does.
