I bought a number but didn't know that I had to provide residency for said country(Portugal), so I contacted their support and they refunded me within few hours, honestly even though it didn't work out at least they guarantee that they'll resolve your problem. Leaving a 5 star review even thought it didn't work out for me but as this process normally would be a hassle in other SaaS providers it was resolved instantly

Well, not off to a good start with KrispCall. 2 stars so far. Not a 1 star yet because I think it's only fair to see how it all plays out. But so far, this is super disappointing based on all these good reviews I've seen. The major issue I experienced is below but probably the most alarming one is this: the dial tone is not a US based dial tone. My customers are calling, connecting for one second, then hanging up and calling again. The dial tone sounds like a busy tone to them. That's probably the biggest issue for why I'm switching over. Beyond the below: I ported over a number to them from Google Voice. The port was supposed to be done within 1.5 hours. It was supposed to start at 8:30am PST and be done at 10am PST. I check in around 12pm PST. Still not done. I give them the benefit of the doubt and decide to wait longer. Still sitting here at 4pm PST and it's not done. When you call my line some robot answers and says "Thanks for the call. Configure your number's voice URL to change this message. Let us know if we can help you in any way during your development." And then promptly hangs up. This is what my customers are hearing when they call me. When you text the number it goes nowhere. Most of my customers text. They've been texting me for 7+ hours and not a single one of those texts will ever be seen. Who knows how much business I've lost at this point. It's at this point I get on the website to get some support. The support rep is super unhelpful, completely ignores everything I say, stops responding, didn't address any of my concerns, and said the most generic stuff. Basic "I'm sorry for the inconvenience, we will provide you an update soon." Honestly, this is an absolute joke. Losing a lot of money, making my customers think I'm out of business. And this is only hour 7. Who knows how much longer this will go on. Probably the most unprofessional thing I've seen in a long time. And if this is how they handle your porting, imagine how they will handle the rest of their interactions with you. Not a good start KrispCall. Feb 22 Update: Gone from bad to worse. I updated my review to a 1 star. I just can't justify giving it anything more. A few things I found out: 1) There is no group texting. In a blog post they say they are the best app for group texting (I can't link the blog post because truistpilot won't let me). Yet, they don't actually provide group texting. 2) Pipedrive integration is bad so far. None of my numbers have the +1 as I am a US based company. All the contacts got synced to KrispCall without that. Because of that, the first 2 numbers of the area code where we do business start with 31. KrispCall assigned them to the Netherlands where the country code is +31. How does this even happen? I ask support and they tell me they can't do anything. I had to go one by one in PD in my contacts and change them to a +1. Luckily, I only had around 120. But if you have more, you're in trouble. You've got to do it manually. I tried to delete my contacts to bulk upload and use excel to quickly append +1 to everything. When I deleted all contacts in KrispCall they deleted all contacts in PD. Gone. Luckily I could revert that in PD. But what if I couldn't? What an awful integration. 3) I'd say half of my contacts can't be texted. It says "number invalid" or whatever. I have to go into PD and put it in just the right format +1 111 111 1111. Then, sometimes it works. And sometimes it doesn't. If it does work it doesn't assign it to the correct contact. So, I have to go back into PD and type in +11111111111 for it to sync. 4) I haven't quite figured the app out yet but you shouldn't have to "figure out" an app. When I get a call speaker doesn't work until I push it twice. Still working on this. 5) And the worst is, my clients aren't getting my texts. I've had mass confusion in our lessons because I thought people were getting my texts and they're not. I even texted myself. Nothing. How is this happening in this day and age? Honestly, I was really looking forward to KrispCall because of the integration. Also, other VOIP services have awful reviews. KrispCall had great reviews. But I have no idea how at this point. This is an absolute mess of a product. I'll update as we go along potentially. But man, awful, awful start. Update 2/24/25: It's too much, I've had enough. I can't get texts because of 10DLC, which they didn't notify me of. They said they sent me an email where that happened to be mentioned. Except they send me a ton of emails. And in my dashboard, it's not mentioned at all. I had to reach out to them that my texts weren't going through. They then told me about 10DLC. But didn't tell me how to register for 10DLC. They simply just told me that was the issue without a way to fix it. They then said the called me. I checked and they called me at 8:50pm on a Sunday night. That was their "well, we tried" effort. A phone call at 8:50pm on Sunday. I'm out.
I had sign up with KrispCall on 23 January 2025, 11: 52 Pm Pakistan Time. Since than I am struggling with A2P 10 DLC. I had chatted with Charles, Alex, Danial, Lisa, Samantha etc all are failed and did not assist me well for A2P 10DLC process. My verification got rejected twice. I asked them multiple time for the assistance, but they had not assisted me. I had wasted my 4 weeks. I believe your chat team is not well educated and need more education regarding KrispCall platform. After wasted 4 weeks time period I had decided to cancel my subscription. If anyone have enough time to waste, then join this KrispCall and if you need smart and assisted chat support then NOT RECOMMENED.
I trust krispcall for its strong security protocols.
Cool app! Love how easy it has made our day to day business communication. Although, I would also prefer that they come up with a desktop version of their app. Definitely gonna refer it to others.
I migrated my number to krispcall and followed the process. It took a little longer than i anticipated, but the support crew kept me updated. Happy with the service.
I was checking the platform and there was a popup offering a %14 discount in exchange for my email. I gave my email address and ticked the box to receive marketing communication. I get the code. I went to the checkout page but the code did not work :) I contacted customer support, and they only said the code is not valid anymore. So, they got my contact info without giving the discount promised.

Mar 05,2025I was struggling to receive otp codes on voip numbers, but krispcall fixed that right way. Their non voip usa numbers works well for PayPal, apple, and other platforms that typically block voip. Every code arrives on time no issue, no delays.
