Sep 05,2024We just switched to KrispCall for our phone system few days ago, and we are honestly blown away. We had been using other VOIP services before, but this was something else entirely. Getting set up with a new number was breeze . Their docs and support info was top- notch. It was so quick and painless, we are still kind of in disbelief. After dealing with traditional phone lines and other VOIP headaches, this feels like a game- changer for us. We can not believe how smooth the whole process was compared to what we are used to.

They were incredibly responsive on the chat and email channels and when it could not be solved they quickly refunded my subscription. It's a service I've not seen with with an online business before. Sep 04,2024I have never and had any issue with KrispCall. It runs smoothly even with slow internet, which is a plus for me as a remote worker, The voice quality and overall service was excellent. Recently, I used their new Dialpad feature, which is fantastic for automating a series of phone calls.
