Everything they spoke to me about was not true and nothing works. If you are expecting a number to communicate with phones outside of the country you got it from then don't buy it from here. Waste of money
Website and ads misleading. Customer service officer terribly trained. They deduct the money upfront with no way to ask for a refund directly on the site. Avoid!
Just a bunch of crooks. Offer a phone number and never supply. Monthly charge for getting nothing. Ask for more money to do anything
======reply to KrispCall's reply===== I haven't sent a single SMS. I only used it to receive SMS to sign up for services like Ikea while I was overseas and couldn't get a physical sim card. If that's considered scam that led you to suspend my account I don't know what to say. I certainly don't mind paying if your service is reliable and won't log me out randomly making me miss things or suspending my account out of the blue. And what's most unreasonable is that you still charged me AFTER suspending my account. In your reply, you said that lengthy verification is only required for extensive use. That's not true. You asked for it right in the beginning. =======original entry:========= There's a monthly fee for the account, then a monthly fee for the phone number. Also, unknown charges for maybe receiving SMS and taking calls? I don't know coz the call & SMS fee list is nowhere to be found. The mobile app randomly logs you out and you miss calls and SMS. Suddenly they suspend your account without sending you any email coz your credit is low. There is nowhere to recharge on the mobile app. Once you log in with a PC it logs you out of your mobile. Even though they have suspended your account, they still auto-charge you the monthly fee - for both the account and number - yes, they charge you for your suspended account. You can't get the refund for the suspended account even if you decide you don't want to use it anymore. Coz it's their policy - once auto-charged, you will never get it back. So then you give up on the refund and cancel the sub to prevent the next auto-charge. In the cancel section, it says after you cancel the sub, you can still use the service until the end of the sub you have already paid for. That's a lie; once you click cancel, the whole dashboard is gone. It's blocked by a message "Your subscription for the workspace XXXX has been cancelled. Contact support for renew." Not that I will use it again, but why would you lie about this? It's a hassle even to open an account. They require you to show them your monthly credit card statement with their company name and the amount they charge to prove that it's you who paid them. You can only get your monthly statement once a month. When you explain this to the support, they just repeat everything they have already said. If you can't wait for your monthly statement to come out before using the service, you have to go through a lengthy process that involves taking selfie with your passport.. etc. I don't even remember the full process. It took maybe 2-3 days.

I just tested the service and as it turns out everything is running very smoothly, it's really great. Especially since all the options are grouped in a clean control panel, away from complications I tried to subscribe to the Telegram service, and the code came to me very quickly, as if I was using my SIM card That's so great. Good job friends, and thank you again ❤️

Very amateurish company. Although the chat staff are friendly they can't do anything but repeat the same thing 100 times and say "we hope" every time. I cannot receive 1 time verification text messages from a certain service I needed a number for and first took this problem to my service provider. They told me to ask my phone provider to disable ad blockers because they are blocking the text messages. After I put this to the chat staff they told me about 8-9 days ago to put this to their technical support. I have never in my life seen a technical support who takes more than 7 days to solve a simple problem or at least provide an answer to the problem instead of 8-9 days of total unresponsiveness. Very and very amateurish. Not recommended
As a small-sized staffing and recruiting company, we wanted to implement a hybrid work environment and offer our employees greater mobility. KrispCall made it possible for us. It has been a few months, and our employees have enjoyed using the app, which is super user-friendly. However, I would rate it 10/10 if it provided better interoperability and more integrations with third-party solutions. I hope they work on it soon.

May 08,2023Had a great experience using the platform. The call connectivity is awesome, the platform is easy to use and understand. I have been using Krispcall over the past 4 months and have not had any complaints so far. Highly recommend this platform
