Jun 21,2023We wanted to have our remote Dev team use an Oceania number for testing. KrispCall was picked after some research and t was quite satisfactory. Being a business account, the support team helped with the documentation clearance and also helped us with some transfers that became necessary for our case. All in all, quite happy with the service itself and with the support.

Jun 08,2023Avoid this company. Don't even consider it. If you use it, get messed around, and are given many excuses for why any problem is your fault and not theirs, remember this review. The service worked for me about 2% of the time when I needed an SMS verification message. They highlight this as one of the advantages of their so-called "company". I am under a lot of stress and trying to get back to my ill father thousands of miles away. I have a million things on my mind. I forgot to cancel my subscription and contacted them the same day, asking to refund it. Surprise ,surprise, it is all my fault - no refund will be given because it is my fault. This is a sham of a company. Do you know when you can just tell? Unfortunately, I needed it one day in an emergency, for that one day. However, I ended up paying for 2 months of a useless service Edit: I didn't sign up for 2 months. I tried to cancel before the end of the first month as your service is horrible. But unlike Audible and other decent companies (that even give you a FREE trial and let you cancel way in advance, yet keep your trial until the end), you cut me off the second I cancelled and I had paid!!!!! Last week you had less than 3 stars on Google. This week, less than 2. I am struggling financially here to get back to see my dad in the UK. But if you NEED to keep my money over a technicality (and thus demonstrate a lack of humanity), then what can I do? Just warn others

May 31,2023They told me they had a free trial available,they had me 3 hours talking with them, i even sended my id in the chat and them they told me that i had to pay. They are the worst business for phone prepaid, DONT BUY IT !! if u need a virtual phone number go for twilio

May 29,2023*** Make sure you meet condition of country before paying subscription *** I paid subscription to get phone number, after subscription they ask documents , Proof of Address of country where I can phone number. As I cannot provide proof of Address, I cannot get phone number. No refund is possible. Waste of money and time with Krispcall

May 25,2023Changing my online phone service to KrispCall was the best decission I’ve ever made. Firstly the prices are cheap and the live chat support are absolutely fantastic. I’ve been in touch with them several times and each time they have been very helpful and sorted my issues out. Thanks guys. My contacts have asked me if I’m in the same city as them because the call quality is so clear, when in fact I call internationally and I’m about 5000 kilometres from where I call. I strongly recommend KrispCall to any business needing a great and reliable phone calling app.

Jun 23,2023I use KrispCall to make personal calls, and get OTPs. The local number and access through the 'Net help a lot while I am on travel anywhere in the world. Being able to make calls with the speakers and mike on my laptop, are really great features. I have been able to make some long calls with very good quality and without calls getting cut. Latest was this experience - a call to shall we say a Very Scary Govt Agency .. Got through.. THEY then called back.. in about 20 more minutes all was settled, what a relief!! With a SIM-based phone call those would have been miraculous if they worked .. and very expensive. That experience follows long calls in November. Very happy so far
