Dec 09,2021For my wife's 50th birthday I wanted to treat her to a private chef (as my cooking isnt great) and invite some of her girlfriends round. Having never done this before I was unsure how it would turn out. I picked the menu and chef for the evening. The choice was good but having a vegetarian and celiac (gluten free) in the party of 6 meant it wasn't that easy. The chef, Fabio Cameroni, was fabulous, he suggested alternatives and different coatings for the celiac. So far so good. The evening was incredible, he turned up an hour early, chilled, laid back, extremely polite and efficient. I exited the room for a couple of hours while he cooked and entertained the 6 ladies. The quality of food was sensational. He delivered on that part. So far so good. Each course was followed by another delicious course. He proceeded to clean up as he went along and left the kitchen as he found it. And then he was gone leaving six happy ladies. A truly memorable evening.

Dec 07,2021Chef Romuald was friendly, attentive and above all a great chef. Everything was perfect and a great time was had by all. La Belle Assiette made all this possible and are very reasonably priced. Thank you and I will be recommending you to my friends.

Dec 07,2021Elia is very friendly and professional. She arrived in plenty of time and was very calm and well organised. The quality of the food was excellent and was served beautifully. We were a party of eleven and Elia cooked our fillet steak to everyone's preference and it was served at the same time (amazing). We would highly recommend Elia; she made our evening very special.

Dec 06,2021Our second time using La Belle Assiette, and the same chef Elia. Great value for money; food was exquisite, Elia is courteous, an ultimate professional, and gets the job done to time, standard and cleans up everything afterwards. She is a star.

Nov 29,2021Yassine El Khattabi was punctual, courteous, extremely well prepared and quietly efficient. As hosts, Yassine quickly made us feel confident of his abilities. Everyone - whether vegetarian or meat eaters - thought all courses were extremely well presented and delicious. Yassine left our kitchen clean and tidy, and disappeared into the night. It all felt like a wonderful dream! Thank you for a thoroughly professional experience.

Nov 29,2021We had great service setting up the dinner, choosing the menu and making a couple of changes closer to the big day. The chef arrived on time, cooked a beautiful meal and provided a commentary before each course on the ingredients and flavours.

Nov 28,2021Ronnie was our private chef last night for my Mother's 80th birthday celebration. We had his premium tasting menu - Jersey royals veloute, lobster tortelloni, burrata and tomato salad, beef fillet and the wonderful chocolate creme and blood orange sorbet. I am a banker by trade, and have been fortunate to eat in many fine restaurants over the years as part of my job, and compared to the very finest restaurants i think that Ronnie's food is exceptional. I think on a par with wonderful dinners I have enjoyed at 2/3 michelin starred restaurants. What was even more impressive was that Ronnie (without complaint or extra charge) was able to produce a vegan tasting menu ('the best vegan dinner I have ever had') for one of our guests. He was wonderfully calm, and accompanied by Kirsty his charming butler - they produced flawless food and served it with understated charm. Ronnie is a star - I would book him again without hesitation.
