Feb 12,2024Really dissatisfied. Ordered their wedding pebble picture, checked dimensions, said ‘A4 size, 8 inch x 12 inch’. It came and whilst it’s cute, it’s 4x4 inch. Really small. Despite me messaging saying I ordered based on their description, which they’ve now changed which proves it was their fault, they do not want to know. Just keep saying ‘that’s our 4x4 inch version’. I know that! I can see that! But your description stated 12x8 inch which is what I expected. Feel that the customer service is really poor. No apology, no acceptance that’s it’s their mistake. Such a shame as I try to support small businesses but I do expect to recieve the size I ordered, not something different.
