Jul 13,2021AVOID - product delivered nothing like pictures onsite - looks like a snake climbing a wall, will not refund, do not follow customers statutory rights - stones may look good scattered on my garden but not on a wall unless you like snake/caterpillar pictures which is not what was after for a wedding gift

Jun 21,2021Not a great experience. Ordered 2 Father's Day boards with the messages and chocolates. Delivery arrived but only the 2 boards and no chocolates. Emailed to be told they would refund for the chocolates as they had sold out. Then commented on their Facebook post to be told they hadn't sold out and woukdnsned the chocolates by the Saturday morning (day before fathers day). Good to their word, chocolates arrived but only 1 set. Contacted them again and was told they would refund for the chocolates only! I insisted a full refund as the board was useless without them and, due to work, I had no time to shop for chocolates now before fathers day. Was told they would have to arrange to collect the board from me to refund for the board. The board is as useless to them as it is to me. Probably cost them more to have the board collected than it did to make it. So collection arranged for tomorrow...let's see how that goes. The board I did receive was okay but not particularly worth the money paid and the hassle to get it. Will avoid in future.

Jun 17,2021I'm concerned that I ordered the Father's Day board on 8th June - the payment cleared on the 9th June. I have since not had a confirmation/dispatch email and I paid for quick delivery over £7!! I cannot get through to anyone via email/telephone. My daughter is very unhappy and I have paid for a product I may not receive on time even though I was well within the deadline and paid for express delivery. Hopefully someone will come back to me at some point. 2 emails and 4 phone calls later still waiting...???

Jun 16,2021I ordered the ballon with the fairy lights on it for my mums birthday. It arrived and it was lovely. However the next day the ballon had gone down by half and 2 days later nothing at all left. Really disappointed for the money it cost. I tried to message and email customer services and had no reply. Just feel bad customer services and didn’t want to listen to honest feedback. Such a shame.

Jun 13,2021I would like to say after la de la living made an error on my Father’s Day board I am very impressed with how they av dealt with my complaint. They called me back on the same day. Apologised for their error & sent me another board which I received on the Saturday. Great service 👍

May 26,2021Mega helpful company who provided me with a bespoke service regarding the personalisation of my pebble picture. Very impressed & appreciative of all their efforts to provide what I wanted. Sadly you do not always get this kind of treatment in this day & age. The picture was really unusual as well as being fab & was to celebrate a 60th wedding anniversary. The recipients were over the moon with such a lovely personalised gift. The delivery time was also mega quick. Overall my experience with this company was extremely positive & I will be purchasing future products, THANK YOU!
