Jan 26,2021I received a balloon for my daughters 16th Birthday and it had deflated, i messaged them straight away and they offered to send a replacement the next day! They were very apologetic and sent a new one straight away! I received the new balloon the next morning and it is beautiful! My daughter loves it!
