The personalised vintage cutlery is exceptional, and always a go-to gift if you’re a little stuck for ideas, and the balloons are absolutely beautiful! I will continue to buy from this company and look forward to seeing what beautiful products they launch in 2021 x

Nov 23,2020If I could I would give this company no stars for their Mail order service, or lack thereof. I ordered a wedding present online 7 weeks ago and still have not received it. They furnished me with no tracking number and I have to message twice before I got that information, a month after I ordered the package. They changed their story about delayed delivery each time I messaged and then blamed postal companies, coronavirus and even me for their failure to address my package correctly. They then offered that I could pay them again for a replacement.! Ludicrous! Avoid them and shop elsewhere.

Jan 21,2021Ordered a special balloon. Picked the date for it to be delivered. It arrived when it should have and it looked amazing. I had a question about delivery so emailed them and got a response the very next day. Excellent service.
