Jun 30,2019My usual supplier didn't have the beads that I needed so I decided to buy them from Lakeside. All I can say is that I'm now changing my supplier to Lakeside. Their service is second to none! Delivery was far quicker than my usual supplier and they kept me informed every step of the way.

Kate answered any questions really quickly via email and Facebook and also gave me the correct thread count for a chart I was ordering. My delivery was super fast, ordered at 2pm delivered at 1pm the following day and all for free as my order was over the required amount. Postage costs are also really low. The email communication was excellent and I was kept informed when my order was received and also dispatched. The items are all beautiful quality and well packaged. The website was also really easy to navigate and the wish list was a brilliant tool. I will definitely be using lakeside needlecraft as my online shop of choice from now on. I can't recommend enough.

May 16,2019This is the first time I have purchased from Lakeside Needlecraft, and I was drawn to them because their price for DMC thread was the best I could find. My order was confirmed by email immediately, and within 40 mins of my ordering I was notified by email that my order had been processed and despatched. My order of 32 skeins of DMC threads was on my doormat the following morning. From ordering to delivery was less than 24 hours. I am so impressed - that is amazing service. The threads were very vell packaged and my order complete. From now on Lakeside Needlecraft is going to be my first port of call for all my cross stitching needs, and I would highly recommend them for price and outstanding service.
