Feb 22,2025I love the variety of cross stitch items available at Lakeside and it is always shipped in excellent time. I purchase the fabric of the month and it is always excellent quality and beautiful designs. The customer service provided by Kate at Lakeside Neddlecraft is excellent. She is very responsive and has sorted out any issues swiftly. Would highly recommend.

Feb 17,2025It took over 3 weeks for my order to arrive. I was contacted about a week after placing my order; informing me of some supplier issues they were having, and assurance I'd be updated about it, which I was fine with. But I didn't actually get any updates or replies until I finally sent an email asking for my order to be cancelled and refunded - that's when I finally got a very swift reply to say they're shipping it out that day. The business seems nice and the website has lots of good items, the shipping was fast and I am pleased with my item! But sadly the experience for me was a little stressful, the wait was inconvenient to my work and lack of updates just made me feel like they'd forgot about my order...

Feb 05,2025Bought a pdf and a printed pattern. Pdf came to me within 2 hours on Saterday evening which I didn't expect and was a nice surprise. The printed pattern is on its way. They notify to you with email. I didn't have a tracknumber which was more expensive so have to see when it's here. I know of a lot of people who buy at Lakeside Needlecraft and it's always a great experience.

Didn't expect it to be delivered until later this week but it was posted out to me late Monday and it was delivered to me on Tuesday! So happy with all aspects of ordering from Lakeside and will certainly order from them again.

Dec 31,2024I placed an order for my mother’s Christmas present on the 15th December for an item which was ‘in stock’. On the 21st December I was surprised to see it was still in the ‘processing’ phase. As I result I requested that my order was cancelled and full refund provided. There was no correspondence. Just noticed the refund was in my bank account. It would have been nice for some kind of acknowledgement that a refund was being processed. Luckily I was able to find the exact same long stitch pack on Amazon without any delivery fee so worked out cheaper for me in the end. I understand that Christmas is a busy time period but I honestly felt I ordered in a satisfactory time frame for an item which was marked as in stock.

Very smooth transaction, arrived packaged well with each colour group packaged seperatly in nice reusable bags. (Nice to keep current wips in) Would happily purchase again from this company
