Ho pagato più di 15 giorni fa l’acquisto di una imboccatura., acquisto confermato, ma non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta in merito pur contattando più di una volta il negozio

Commande effectuée le 2 décembre, après une erreur de leur part (erreur de modèle) et mes demandes de retour, aucune nouvelle de leur part, aucune réponse de mes mails franchement c est pas sérieux. A éviter !! Je mets 1 étoile car je ne peux pas mettre moins.

No response to emails, no idea where my order is from 3 weeks ago, no one answering the phone. Ridiculous shop. Worst online experience in years. They were quick enough to take my money. Now disputing the charge with my bank. What a waste of my time, leading up to Christmas. Inconsiderate. Unprofessional. Fraudsters.

Será una tienda donde no volveremos a comprar, pedido realizado a principios de noviembre y a 18 de diciembre ni se sabe ni se espera, llamas y todo son buenas palabras, en realidad mentira más mentiras y lo más surrealista es que llamamos a fabrica a la cual le echaban la culpa y a ellos no le costaba ningún pedido. Así que terminaremos con una denuncia ante consumo, y si hay suerte a ver si recuperamos nuestro dinero.

I placed an order for 1 classical guitar from their website on the 9th of December. Because it is close to Christmas and due to them being in Spain and myself in the United States, I realized that communication may be slow and shipping may be delayed. Anyways, on the 16th of December my order was still showing "Shipping Pending". So I emailed them in the morning telling them that if they could not ship my guitar to the US, just let me know so that I could cancel my order. Right after that I received an email from Tony Morales telling me that unfortunately due to increasing shipping costs, the shipping was going to increase another $41USD. Well I immediately emailed him back letting him know that I could not afford the extra cost in shipping and to please cancel my order. I immediately received an email from him apologizing and letting me know he had refunded the original amount back to my credit card. Sure enough I received an immediate text from my credit card company that the entire amount had been refunded! Even though I was not able to get my guitar, I was extremely pleased with the immediate communication and the reliability of La Musa instrumentos for having refunded back my money so quickly! I have had other experiences with companies here in the United States not giving my refund back until a week or two later! Anyway, the moral of this story is, be kind in your communication with people because they are humans just like you and I. Also be aware that shipping costs can go up unexpectedly especially with overseas shipments. Finally, be courteous to an overseas company and consider communicating with them in their own language. I had all my English communications translated to Spanish just out of courteousness for them. This will go a long way! Always treat people like you want to be treated. Even though La Musa Instrumentos was unable to get me my guitar at the price I was hoping for, they still have great prices on many of there products and they did come thru for me in the end with my speedy refund. They will gain a future customer out of me. Thank you Tony Morales!

Ik kocht op 18/10/2024 een mondstuk voor tenorsaxofoon voor 699 euro. Meteen betaald via PayPal. Na 4 weken en herhaalde e-mails met de vraag wanneer het mondstuk werd geleverd (Website en e-mail correspondentie enkel in het Spaans of beetje Engels) werd me geschreven dat het product opgehaald werd door Fedex en zou vertrekken, met vermelding van een tracknummer. Nummer bleek niet te kloppen en na terugmailen kreeg ik het antwoord dat het product 'verloren' bleek!!!! Ik mailde dat ik wil afzien van de aankoop en een 'refund' van het bedrag wil werd geantwoord dat daar ging worden voor gezorgd. Ondertussen bijna 3 weken later nog geen terugbetaling ontvangen!!!! ABSOLUUT GEEN AANKOPEN DOEN BIJ LA MUSA instrumentos (Malaga Espagna)!!!!!! Amper contact, geen tegemoetkoming wanneer het fout loopt etc….. NIET DOEN!!!

I'm now no longer sure if I will be receiving my order from this place as their number appears to be disconnected and they are not reply to any messages I send them through ther website. I placed my order with them on the 5th of november, I heard nothing back so eventually messsaged them to be told it was due to be shipped out on the 19th. Since then I have messaged them about 1000 times and even tried to call them (from the UK), no luck - and absolutely no response. This was a birthday present for my wife, if this arrives at all it will definitely not arrive in time as it is now the 27th and her birthday is on only a couple of days so thanks for ruining that La Musa... I don't know what will happen with this now but it seems likely that I will have to try and claim the cost of this back through PayPal as the shop just arent responding and don't seem to be contavtable in any way. I would strongly recomment against shopping here. To the shop, if you are reading this - please contact me and give me some kind of update!

Avoid! I ordered a trumpet case online from La Musa, and after an initial email to say the order was being processed, I didn’t hear anything from them for about 3 weeks despite emailing them. When I finally managed to make contact via telephone I was assured that the case would come in the next day or 2. A week later, after trying to call them about 20 times (nobody answers the phone!), I finally managed to speak to them again and they gave me exactly the story they gave the week previously, that the case would arrive in the next day or 2! I cancelled the order immediately and am currently awaiting a refund. A complete waste of my time for a trumpet case that I needed. La Musa did not deliver the service required and their communication is terrible. I’ll now shop elsewhere for the same case and hope for a better outcome…

Ordered Aizen alto sax mouthpiece from this company on 14th October via PayPal -invoice ID 126326_20241014_192647 in sum of £175.40 inc postage. No response or acknowledgement and email reminders sent on 23rd and 29th October - no replies. Dispute opened with PayPal

Son una pasada lo efectivos que son, rápidos y eficaces, si algo no lo tienen... que es difícil que no lo tengan te lo buscan o te aconsejan. Yo desde hace años compro todo aquí, buen precio y al día siguiente en casa

Unfortunately, since returning the goods, I have been constantly cheated by the store. I returned the instrument, which they collected on June 14 this year, I received e-mail and telephone assurances that the money would be returned, and each time they repeated the same lie: "next week". I still don't have the money, even though, according to the store's regulations, the refund is made no later than 14 days after receiving the instrument and confirming that it is undamaged. On August 5, I received an e-mail that the status had changed to: "refund". October is ending and they still haven't refunded my money! I do not recommend it, I am constantly lied to and cheated by them. They haven't answered their phones for two weeks, they don't respond to emails, but they found time to mark the review as defamatory the second day after posting the review! Ridiculous...

LA MUSA instrumentos did not provide any ETA after placing and paying an order (with shipping inside the European Union) for an instrument which was and is shown as "In Stock" on their website. After 2 weeks I asked for an estimated delivery date and did not receive any reply. Hence after waiting 1 month I did cancel my order and requested a refund which is still not processed after 3 weeks. So while the support did react immediately to my refund request with a confirmation of receipt, it should not take more than 2 weeks to actually process and deliver the reimbursement as per european consumer protection laws. To me it seems to be either bad customer service and/or bad management or outright fraud. Overall I cannot recommend to buy here as it seems to be a gamble: It either works out or it's problematic to get your money back. It is always a possibility to file a complaint with European Consumer Protection authorities (eccnet) or the spanish alternative (confianzaonline) should one encounter such issues or suspect fraud.

I placed an online order for a piccolo with La Musa Instrumentos in April, and they said it would be shipped in June. However, they did not send the piccolo, did not respond to my messages, and when they did make contact, they kept delaying the shipping date multiple times. Exhausted from waiting, I canceled in August, and they promised a refund, but they still have not returned my money. I am extremely disappointed with them, and their lies have caused me a lot of trouble. Just like other reviews, this place seems like a scammy music store. Please do not be deceived by them. And I warn them: return the money quickly !!!
