Dec 07,2024Just renewed my Classic Car insurance. I used the phone as I needed to remove breakdown cover as I’m an AA member. After a short hold (the music was, for once, lively and fun!) a very helpful gentleman came on and took me through everything. After no more than 10 minutes, I hung up, happy with everything sorted for another year. Well done and thank you Lancaster.

Dec 07,2024I tend to use Lancaster for all of my vehicles because I do not own run of the mill cars. They are allways very knowledgeable, helpfull and friendly,usually pretty quick in getting me a good quote as well. Also I have no voicebox so you have to be pretty patient when I'm on the phone with you, they always are

Dec 07,2024I'm so impressed with Lancaster, both in terms of service and value, that I rarely look anywhere else now. I've always found the staff really easy to deal with, and there are nice touches like stopping the recording of phone calls while you give banking information.
