Dec 03,2024When I originally received my renewal invite, I wax not happy with the price, and when I phoned, I was told this was the best they could do. I then went to the market to obtain alternative quotes, and I received a cheaper quote with the same cover As I had been with yourselves for sometime I spoke to another member of your staff who was very helpful and obtained an alternative quote which I accepted. Why could this have not have been done when I originally phoned. .
