Nov 27,2024I have used Lancaster for a number of years and found them ideal for insuring my Series 1 Landrover. The only reason for not giving a 5 star recommendation is the introduction of a quite appalling AI greeting facility which does not seem to recognise normal speech and is unable to deal with post codes!

Nov 26,2024I have been in buisiness all my life and if I ran a buisiness like Lancaster ran theirs I would have been out of buisiness very soon. It’s that bad I don’t know how you keep going ! Not only rip off but spent from 10.30am to 2.10 pm just to change a car on the policy ! Given a quote but was eventually charged nearly £30 more. Never again !
