Nov 23,2024Having completed the online quote form, I was contacted almost immediately by an agent offering to help. I was then transferred to a sales agent who was very helpful and professional. What was slightly frustrating was that I had to repeat most of the detailed information once more as the order system was different to the online quote form. The agent was very good but I would have preferred him to have been able to use the online form as a base. I did place the order.
