Feb 11,2025You can only change insurance details through direct contact via phone. Many other companies allow you to manage your policy through it's internet site. It took me four attempts to contact them by phone due to the poor auto Ai phone management system that failed to recognise my messages despite using phonetic alphabet. The first quote I got was over £450 but after minor adjustments and removal of one driver I paid £169, all this could have been easier if I could get direct quotes from their website.
