Feb 07,2025After questioning the on line renewal Quote it was subsequently reduced to reflect the comparison site Quote. The adjustment was handled swiftly and efficiently with corrections made to reflect minor changes to the policy. An improvement to process would be issuing a renewal quote which more accurately reflected site quote.
