Sep 28,2023Replacement screen arrived today with tracked 48hr delivery as requested. Very well packed and protected for such a delicate item (Amazon should take note!). The actual screen replacement was a bit of a faff, but that's no fault of the company, just the way it was built and stuck to the lid. The new screen is bright, no dead pixels, exactly what I wanted. Would be happy to recommend and will definitely use again should the need arise.

Sep 28,2023Dell Vostro 3500, cracked screen needed replacing. Dell offered to repair at home for 300 Pounds, and a new screen for 160 Pounds. Shocking. Laptop LCD sent out the screen straight away and the screen is better than the original. This is the reality.

Fitment was literally 2 minutes from taking old screen off and fitting new screen to turning on. Had no issues with the quality of the screen, if being honest think this screen is better than the original one. 5 stars for the screen and service

The screen itself was very well protected in its packaging. Replacing it was much easier than I expected. There wasn't a YouTube video for my exact model, but the similar model number I followed was in fact exactly the same as mine. It took me less than half an hour to replace the screen and that included re-watching parts of the YouTube video. All it took me was a good Phillips screwdriver for electronic parts and an old supermarket loyalty card to gently prise open the screen surround. I can't fault the quality as it looks exactly the same as my old screen before it got damaged. Anyone suffering with a damaged laptop screen should look up the many YouTube videos and they'll see that it's an easy process to change and save a big bill from a computer repair shop.

Sep 18,2023My daughter trashed her screen for a relatively new machine. Currys wanted £300 to repair which was not going to happen so embarked in repairing myself. As long as you are very clear on the product spec you need this is an efficient process. All q+a for products is based on historic information which works pretty well however be very clear up front what it is you are looking for.... Laptop now good as new....

The only downside is that I had to peel the brackets off the old LCD, and had no means off re-attaching the new LCD to the brackets to install. Maybe a little double sided tape in the kit would help. Other than that, perfect service.

Sep 12,2023Website is misleading, screen arrived and did not fit the laptop due to a huge module on the bottom compared to the original. It ended up damaging the laptop further as I could not wait for yet another replacement. I have had to purchase a new laptop for my colleague.
