Oct 15,2023Had dead pixels on my old screen, the replacement arrived well packaged on the date promised. At first startup it was not quite as bright as my old screen but a simple adjustment on the laptops display settings soon put this right. After about five minutes of being switched on the screen went from white to pink. I contacted the helpful Sales Team and they suggested a cable issue so I removed the cable, cleaned it and plugged it back it carefully and now all good, so thank you Guys, your assistance is much appreciated. Oct 12,2023On the Laptop-Lcd-screen website it was easy to find the right screen for my laptop ( an HP Envy ae109na ) amongst the myriad variants in the list so I was confident I had selected the correct item. I purchased the new screen confident that the support team were behind me if I ran into difficulty. The screen arrived well packed and on the day it was meant to arrive. The install video (I give 8/10) for my laptop showed almost all the hazards that I was going to come across before embarking on this, more than likely, one-way journey of replacing a laptop screen. Be aware of the hidden screws behind the bezel at the bottom of the lid - The video missed this really important bit out!! The new install went reasonably well, the old screen did break, just don't panic, carry on removing the bezel to get to the screen attachment screws. Replacement at this point is easy. Give yourself plenty of time don't rush it. After completing the install the new screen powered up fine and all works good. My laptop is once again up and running.

Oct 07,2023Can't fault this company. Ordered a replacement screen on Friday PM using Special Delivery service. Laptop screen was delivered on Saturday before 10:10AM. Screen was an identical Innolux replacement as the one I removed. Test fitted with no dead pixels (read up on their FAQ's about Class definitions and 'grades' and other sellers on that well known auction site). Very impressed and will be using this company as my 'go to' for replacement screens.

It has been working flawlessly for a month now, and the entire replacement process was incredibly smooth – it fit perfectly and was remarkably straightforward. Moreover, the shipping to Hungary was hassle-free, with the added benefit of the UK VAT being removed from the posted price. I did have to pay a 27% import duty to Hungarian customs, but it was a manageable process. In the near future, I plan to order a replacement LCD for another 15" gamer laptop.
