Jan 28,2024A fairly pleasant experience overall. Needed to order a new screen for my laptop (Lenovo) and found this website. Was a bit concerned at first, as this was the only UK based retailer that had it in stock and for a reasonable price, but after checking reviews I decided to give it a go. Checked the order when it had arrived, all seemed good at first (was packaged really well and delivery was fast). The problem was, I had received the wrong screen. The screen I had was not listed as compatible and had the wrong finish (gloss instead of matte) and the PCB at the bottom was too long (was 260mm on the website, the one I received was 280mm). I created an RMA request and posted it the next morning, and customer service had reached out to me the same day. They initially asked to see photos of the screen to check for damage and the stickers, but I couldn't as it had already been sent. This was fine with them and even offered to refund my postage fee too. Postage refund came 2-3 days later, and took about a week for a replacement to be sent after sending one back, which is pretty impressive. Overall, a very good experience (even though the screen I initially got was wrong), customer service was very helpful and resolved quickly and the screen I have now works exactly as needed. Would recommend!

Jan 25,2024I'm pleasantly surprised. The quality of the product seems to be very good. Replacing the screen took several minutes. Of course, it was done by someone with experience. It's a pity that the person who replaced the screen didn't want to be recorded. A very nice and modest person. I could get the discount that the company offers. ;-) That's a cool thing too. Watching the entire replacement procedure, I must say that everything was matched perfectly. The cable plug fits perfectly and was connected in seconds without any problems. I had a problem with this once before. Overall, the quality is worth the price. If I were to replace the screen again, I would definitely remember the Laptop Lcd-screen company.
