Friendly staff, great service and I don’t think they’ve ever been late. I have been using Laundrapp pretty much from the start and have been consistently happy with the service and quality of cleaning. No hesitation in recommending.

I have been a customer of Laundrapp and Zipjet before that for a very long time. I had previously found their service great. However, a recent event has forced me to write this review. I fully expect Laundrapp to respond to this review to tell me that this is my fault, which seems to be their go-to method for bad reviews. We sent an expensive linen sheet, which was intact and undamaged when it left the house. Laundrapp then sent my items back, all clean, except for our linen sheet. It has a huge hole ripped into it. I approached Laundrapp for a solution to the problem and they told me that they received the sheet already damaged. This is not true. Despite many emails and conversations, they refuse to take responsibility for this. We will not be using Laundrapp again (I don't think they care ... I'm only a customer after all) and do not recommend anyone else use them either. I'm waiting for their reply to blame me for this.

I have completed around 100 orders with Laundrapp and Zipjet. There have been a couple of incidents where my clothes went missing or I was grossly overcharged. Fortunately those problems had been fixed by them. However today on my order (#951365) I just had to write a review. My delivery was scheduled for 12pm in Chelsea. 3 hours later and I checked the drivers location he was miles away somewhere else. 4pm I get a notification saying my order has been delivered, which it hasn’t. I had about 1300 pounds worth of clothes in that order and now have no idea where it is (was it delivered to another address and now some stranger has it?). I have had some terrible experiences before but due to the many great experiences I just chalked them up to a mistake. This however was one too far and I am absolutely fuming.

Habitual and consistently poor service. Have had over a dozen absolutely awful experiences with this company, including: (a) damage to a number of items; (b) entire batches of laundry were dry-cleaned (and charged as dry-cleaned) rather than laundered at roughly 10x the fee; (c) drivers consistently do not show up at scheduled delivery times; (d) drivers show up hours early, unannounced, and call your mobile phone asking if they can pick up or drop off clothing; (e) laundry is frequently not folded, wrinkled, and appears to have been tossed in the bag; (f) overcharges have often not been reversed without escalation. The listed phone number has changed frequently, and it's often impossible to communicate over the phone to resolve serious issues. Poor customer experiences are the norm, not the exception, with Laundrapp.

I received some ladies clothes on my household laundry order which is not mine! And you ruined my hat that I just spent £50 from Selfridges, which is dry clean only! It is out of shape right now! So does my mood.

I did not appreciate the massive increase in the cost of the double bed set a while back and I am totally unimpressed with the fact that you refuse to accept a DOUBLE top sheet instead of a duvet cover as part of the double bed set and rip me off by charging for two sheets. This amounts to sharp practice!!!
