Both myself and my partner have had a number of issues recently, with delays of nearly 2 hours after the allocated slot, not properly cleaned sheets and woollen clothing items sent back totally wet. 70% of the time it is great, but the remaining 30% is not great Just to add to this (March 2020) I sent a cashmere jumper to them and they shrunk it. To add again (31 March 2020), following engagement with Laundrapp they’ve come back claiming they followed the washing instructions (?!?!) and have offered me compensation of two £20 Laundrapp vouchers as a gesture of good will... which won’t help me replace my £110 jumper. Can’t even explain how disappointed I am given we are long-term loyal customers.

They are good to communicate and very punctual but the clothes whenever comes back after dry cleaning do not have a feel fresh smell in them like I normally use at my home in my washing machine other than else no concern.

Very good service and reliable. Tad on the expensive side but you do find it quite useful and easy to manage when you’re out of time. Good flexibility around pick up and delivery too.

Used laundrapp to launder two sets of duvets and pillows. Great service, very clean bedding and so convenient!

Excellent performance. Started using it for extra items but given the quality of service and their never late policy I now get my laundry cleaned every week. Would recommend for everything.

Do not use! They lost my laundry, and provided no explanation for it. I then had to constantly contact them to ask where my laundry was, and was strung along for weeks about some "other customer" having it. They didn't even apologise! I eventually pushed for compensation, which they agreed to pay me (less than the amount of my lost laundry I should add) and then they didn't bother to pay me! They started ignoring my emails and when I called them they told me that they didn't know when they could pay me, as there were so many other customers also awaiting compensation (not a great sign!) I am now in the middle of taking legal action against the company, so I'm surprised that it has got so many good reviews. Trust me, the customer service is appalling, and they do not care about treating customers with basic courtesy.

I was a regular customer for years but I have now deleted the app, as I handed the firm dry cleaning (I usually only use the ironing service) and my dry cleaning came back entirely uncleaned. After messaging the helpdesk I heard nothing back and I guess this is because the firm went into administration. Never the less I am very disappointed in their terrible customer service after years as a regular customer.
