Mar 07,2018VERY useful especially when my washing machine broke down. One thing would make it better which is to offer ironing only. So I give you bag of clean laundry and you iron and return. Not sure why this isn’t offered.

Mar 07,2018Love the idea of this app but my first experience has put me right off them. I had a collection booked between 6 and 7pm. Had a text to say the driver was running late and wouldn't be with me until 7.45pm. Not so bad as I was going to be here all evening, so settled down to eat dinner at 7pm Then received a missed call and a text to say the driver couldn't get hold of us for collection at 7.04pm. We were right here with a very loud door knocker and no one knocked at the door. I didn't expect to be listening out for my 'phone as the driver was on the way and supposedly not due with us for another 45 mins after the scheduled slot. Have now cancelled the order and will revert to using a bricks and mortar dry cleaner. Shame as the concept is good but to have this for a first experience is rubbish.

Feb 23,2018Apparently, an 'investigation' reveals now that it was damaged when their facility received it. Why would I send a damaged shirt for cleaning?! I have been placing large orders with Launderapp since December 2016, often getting lots of shirts and bedding cleaned in one go. My last order was about a month ago - 10 shirts, 2 bed sets and a duvet - not a small order. When I got around to wearing one of the shirts last week I noticed damage in 3 separate places. And when I complained, they weren't interested because it was outside their 2 week window for complaints. It's only when I persisted that they found reports from their facility stating that it was damaged in 2 places before being cleaned. How was it handled before cleaning? Why wasn't I notified before - or even afterwards - when it was delivered? And how come additional damage has appeared in a third place? Ridiculous. I can't be bothered to keep arguing with them as it feels as though I'm going around in circles with different people. Over one shirt! I have to say they offered to repair the garment as a 'good-will gesture' but it's based on the assumption that I must have caused the damage in the first place. There's no good-will in that for me!

Feb 23,2018My first experience with Laundrapp so far has been a debacle. I set aside an evening to have my laundry collected. First the driver was late, and then he called to say he was unable to find my address (which, I checked, was entered in accurately and works on map softwares). I again told him my address, only to find 10 minutes later that he had cancelled my collection order and I had no way to get back in touch. Needless to say I am aggrieved at this rude treatment and having to set aside another evening to arrange collection. This service is clearly not as convenient and hassle free as they would have you believe.

Mar 07,2018Great service. Love the fact that it’s quick and you get your clothes in a day. The only thing is that it’s fairly expensive if you do not just the 30 degrees wash and tumble dry and fold but if you get your towels and bed sheets done as well. Works out quite expensive that way
