I am new to this and I found the whole process quick efficient and great value for money. Great as I did not have to go out during the government lockdown. My duvet was cleaned beautifully and fresh and I am sleeping snugly, thankyou. Your drivers are also lovely

Excellent customer service, and the delivery driver is fab! Everything comes back professionally done, only rated down one star as on a few occasions clothes have shrunk, despite care labels saying it’s ok to tumble dry. It’s frustrating but I don’t think it’s launderapps fault.

They cancelled my delivery twice and I am still waiting for my orders. No one is replying to my emails or chats. They dont even have a phone number!!

Always able to find a date/time that’s suits and you can have a quick turnaround if needed. Only thing I would like there to be less plastic involved in delivery.

I became victim of the fraud via LaundrApp, 490 GBP stolen from my card. This is a ridiculous amount for a dry cleaning, but you are fighting my chargeback and your customer support tried to mislead me into recalling my claim. How's that for a customer service ?

First time user. App easy to use. Late on returning my clothes and had to chase. Not easy to communicate with either. Go local and use your dry cleaners that are still open.

Still wearing suits working from home with all the online meetings but couldn't get my suits cleaned as everywhere shut. Pleased to be able to find this company and easily book my suits and shirts in.

Excellent service so professional and fast and my feather duvet was cleaned properly. I was initially dubious that my massive duvet could be cleaned properly as feather duvets are notoriously difficult to wash and dry.. I attempted this myself with my new feather pillows and ended up throwing them away as the filling rotted, due to my having difficulty drying them so I was so happy when my duvet returned clean and fresh. I have never used a pick up and drop off service either, thanks laundrapp
