Find they are more expensive that other online laundry services but their collection and delivery slots tend to be more frequent and more convenient. Apr 20,2018Unreliable and Unprofessional. Company should really test and vet their suppliers before scaling. I've had issues 3 times with their services. I kept giving them a chance, now I am done. I don't normally write reviews, but I'm so disappointed that I had to write in hopes that their management would see and attempt to improve. The issues I had are too long to write, but, in short: - shrunk my clothes - forgot my clothes - customer service made me feel guilty that I somehow did something wrong (you didn't answer your phone! didn't you say ____?) I wondered how much is attributable to the customer service in this country, in general, nevertheless should be addressed You guys have a really great concept - coming from the business world myself, I truly believe you have the potential to scale further, but not until you strengthen the due diligence on your suppliers and improve customer service. In the states, we say "the customer is always right" - generally, this is true, and this is why we have one of the best service industries in the world.

Apr 17,2018A good service ruined by the drivers and their inability to be normal people. On more than one occasion the driver has rung the doorbell, I've let him in the building and he has simply decided not to come up and turn around. I have then been charged a cancellation fee. This service has become progressively worse and worse. Delivery and collection times have become minimal and the app continuously crashes!
