Apr 10,2018Yeah, I think it's cool. Though I'd almost say that I always click on the upper right button 90% of opening the app - since I open the app more often after making an order. So maybe the tracking of an order could be the initial screen instead of item selection IF you already have a trackable order. Just my 5 cents as 10y iOS dev :)

Apr 05,2018The worst experience ever! I used the app for the first time; the driver was lovely; the coat has been cleaned and delivered back to me; not perfectly but it looked OK. As I got it back I realised they have lost the fake fur which was attached to the hoodie so I contacted customer service team immediately. They asked to me prove that the fur was there; I had to send them photos before and after; it took some time to find some pics as I do not usually make photos of my cloths; so after 3 days they just closed the request assuming it is sorted! I had to ask to re-open my ticket. After sending the photos they asked me to send them the invoice for the coat so they can send me a compensation, as they were not able to find the missing piece. I do not keep invoices for clothes I've been wearing longer than a month so the customer service offered the following: The maximum compensation we can provide without any proof of purchase is £40. Please note that, up until payment has been made, Laundrapp reserve the right to cancel compensation if the fur is found, and once compensation has been paid, Laundrapp take ownership of the coat. So just to recap: they lost my fur; asked me to prove it was there, than to find the invoice and then wanted to offer me £40 and take the coat off me!!!! NEVER AGAIN!

Apr 03,2018My first exerience was excellent, collection and delivery were seamless and the feather duvet was spotless. The second occasion was different; both app and website only offered one date/time slot for collection and delivery. These weren't convenient (I was at work) and I was unable to get any other options to show. Contacted customer support and was told that this was due to the Easter weekend. Bonnie was particularly helpful.Finally got slots that worked and hopefully the item will be collected today.

Apr 03,2018I usually do not write reviews, however I have to write my experience with laundrapp. I sent my clothes wash, dry and fold service on Monday, and they brought like garbage on Wednesday. They did not wash at all and just put in black plastic bags and delivered to me. then They picked up again on same day Wednesday, and scheduled for Saturday morning, but in the morning just cancelled delivery and changed to Next Monday. I had to struggle to dress my children, since most of clothes were stuck in their facility. So just washing clothes took exactly 7days, and even more amazingly the clothes are still not much clean. And they don't know how to fold clothes. I don't know how can they stay in business.

Mar 27,2018They lost my clothes - after a few days, they eventually found them, but then only delivered 1 bag of laundry out of the 2 I had given them. On the plus side, their support team is quite responsive - which helps when some of the drivers can barely speak English!
