Apr 24,2023I have been dealing with Laurelle Antique Jewellery for almost two decades. In that time I have been 'Over The Moon' with all my purchases. I reached out to Samantha regarding an item I really wanted, which I thought would take a long time to find since it is rare. Samantha acquired my dream piece, a Georgian diamond collar necklace, within a short period of time. They are extremely knowledgeable and always happy to help. The delivery is quick too, which I greatly appreciate, since I live thousands of miles away in Canada. I find that Samantha will go above and beyond to make sure her customers are happy. Also the Antique Jewellery Group (Laurelle Antique Jewellery) has number of online jewellery shops, which are affiliated, and specialize in in different items of jewellery. This is such a fantastic and unique feature of the website because it makes it easier to find what you are looking for. If you have your eye on something, do not hesitate, because I am certain that you will be so happy with your purchases in every way. The jewellery is high quality, as described, and very unique. Apr 20,2023The necklace I bought was listed as having 6.5ct H/I colour SI diamonds and in excellent condition. However, many of the diamonds were not even eye clean. The diamonds were damaged, brown, or very cloudy. There were less than 4ct (3.83tcw). The colour ranged from K to P and clarity was SI to I2. I definitely do not recommend. Sam was very friendly but this just seems very dishonest. I had two jewelers look at the necklace and an appraisal drawn up. The price was also very high for the quality of the item

Apr 18,2023Edit: what amazing customer service, was contacted today and a larger box is being sent out. Could not ask for more. Jewellery was beautiful, and delivered quickly. However the lovely box was too small for the drop earrings, which rather spoiled the overall quality feel as this was purchased for a present

She communicated well and was very friendly and approachable, we did not feel pushed into a sale and myself and partner were very happy with the engagement ring purchased. During the process we had the ring resized which was done within a few days and was free of charge, will revisit again in the future and would highly recommend.

From start to finish they were so friendly and professional, nothing was too much trouble as I needed to choose a particular brooch from them. They were more than happy to send me pictures so I could select one - which was a stunning Opal, diamond and sapphire bee brooch. Beautifully packaged too and arrived very quickly. Apr 08,20235 stars for the earrings but 2 stars for shipping time. It took 3.5 weeks to arrive. From UK to USA with 3 other jewelers took 5 days. The tracking showed it sat and didn’t ship for over 2 weeks.
