I did this and within 2 weeks it was back with me restored to its former glory. Delighted with the service. Will definitely be using them again.

I received a prompt response and was quickly on the phone with Mitch who explained the whole process clearly and answered all the questions I had. Once I had provided the the sizing info and made the balance payment Mitch emailed to tell me the item had been dispatched and I received it, as promised, the next day at work without a hitch. The ring is presented in a simple, elegant box and is itself absolutely stunning. Thank you.
