I have had a positive experience with Laurelle Antique Jewellery and would have no problem giving them a good reference. I was looking for something specific so I messaged them on numerous occasions and they always got back to me within an hour or two. I decided not to go ahead with the purchase and they put no pressure on me which I appreciated. I bought a ring and I got it in the summer sale and I’m very happy with it. The summer sale is on for another few weeks so I’m sure I will make another purchase before long.

Very good company to deal with. The ring I bought from them was as beautiful as it looked in the photos and was re-sized and delivered quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend them, and would buy from them again.

Very professional and friendly business where nothing is too much trouble. Sam and Paul went above and beyond in respect of my purchase and even went so far as to re-size my ring at no additional charge. Highly recommended for anyone purchasing quality jewellery.

I brought a pink sapphire & Diamond ring last year from Laurelle jewellery, and I really wanted a bracelet to match,,so I got intouch with Antique jewellery to see what they could do for me..I had my ring resize free of charge, which I thought that was fantastic to do that for me, so I new I had to go back to see what they could do for me, Well they went out of there way to find me the perfect pink sapphire bracelet, I said I didn't mind if the pink stones was lighter or darker..a week later they came up with the most beautiful pink sapphire bracelet, it was absolutely perfect and beautiful, and it matches my Pink & Sapphire diamond ring..They really did go out of there way to find me the perfect bracelet, I absolutely love it..and when I've got my ring on and the bracelet they both look absolutely stunning together.. I want to say a massive thank you to Laurelle Antique jewellery for doing this for me. I will definitely be buying from them again..maybe I could ask them to see if they can get me the earrings to match..which I'm sure they will..Not many jeweller's would go out of the way to find you something you really won't..and to offer free service to resizes rings..I just think its fantastic..so once again Thank you so very much..I do absolutely love both my ring n bracelet.

Buying antique jewellery is often nerve-wracking, there are many reproduction pieces around, However I am absolutely delighted with my pair of authentic, rare, 18th century silver, gold and emerald earrings. They are absolutely stunning, and even better in real life. Thanks for great communication and service throughout.

After a little confusion when not receiving a purchase confirmation email when in Australia, I contacted the office. Samantha personally handled the situation perfectly and liaised with the inhouse team. The product was as described and beautifully presented and much appreciated. Terrible experience. The diamond engagement ring I bought was a fake! It was sold with a certificate which was never sent to me - apparently lost. I had to chase this up which took 6 months! The ring had to be re-certified, turning out to be man-made. The whole experience of buying from this company was terrible. I did manage to get a refund but no compensation for the time, effort or upset caused during my engagement. The management took no blame whatever for this and is frankly a disgrace. Buyer beware!
