We changed to Lease Law with Joanna and the service and level of care to explain the process have been fantastic. The case followed Joanna's expected path and her service (and Sajel's) was above and beyond what we expected. Can't thank and rate them high enough. We will be using them again for anything property related.

To start from the beginning, when we ve bought our flat ( around 3 years ago) we had an awful experience with our solicitors ( a different company). So, when we took the decision to extend our lease and then to buy the freehold in the end, I ve done a deep research and I can confirm that Lease Law, Joanna and all the team exceeded all my expectations, going extra mile! Joanna was very approachable from the start, she had the patience to explain all the process and then to attend zoom meetings, so, everyone involved in the process of buying the freehold ( another 5 flats) to ask questions and get answers directly from her. I was extremely impressed about her hard work, dedication, patience, calmness, profesionalism and knowledge ! It was a day when Joanna was still working on our case even if was 12 midnight! I had been trying to extend my lease for about 6 years with no joy and plenty of wasted time with other property solicitors. It has become clear to me that lease law is a specialist area and therefore should be done by experts in the field which the team at Lease Law Ltd clearly are. Apr 17,2024Having spoken to a few legal teams on the subject of extending my lease I engaged Lease Law to negotiate with my extremely difficult and unhelpful Landlords which they did with great professionalism against fairly aggressive opposition. The process was quite lengthy and onerous but Lease Law were exceptionally helpful throughout and produced a successful outcome.
