Having to deal with selling a property on the other side of the world, is always a stressful experience, especially when it is in the UK and there are many things that can go wrong. I am so glad we made the decision to use Lease Law for our property sale and purchase. In previous moves I've felt frustrated that solicitors weren't sharing information or took a long time to give us updates. Jade and her team were brilliant, we were kept fully up to date with everything and they were always available to explain what was happening, what things meant and what our options were. I never felt like we were asking silly questions. We were selling a share of freehold and there were various complex lease issues to navigate but these were all handled smoothly. I highly recommend Lease Law and would definitely use them again.

I cannot recommend this Lease Law more highly. Jade Thomas has provided me with by far the most outstanding customer service that I have ever experienced, which is unheard of when it comes to dealing with solicitors! I initially contacted Lease Law seeking advice over a lease extension on a property that I was wanting to buy, however after being so impressed by her vast knowledge and 100% free guidance, Jade willingly took on the purchasing of my property and made what would normally be an incredibly stressful and daunting process, a highly informative and rapid process. Not only did she act as my jargon buster, but she was formidable at dealing with issues that other solicitors in the chain had created. No ask was ever too much for Jade and her team, and I would consistently receive replies during out of office hours and felt able to call any time I needed. There will never be another firm that I use. I will be encouraging all my friends and family to use Lease Law in any future purchasing / lease extension matters. This was quite possibly the best money I have ever spent when it comes to paying for a service.
