9-19-18 Same experience as many others. Lederhosen is made of cow skin and is very rigid. Design is nice but really uncomfortable to wear. For $50 more I could have bought real German goat skin from a reputable company and would have been much happier. True that all items are shipped from Pakistan, and there are no labels in the shoes at all nor the shirts. This tells me they are probably made in China and warehoused in Pakistan. The shoes smell like stinky rubber and the shirts are completely cheap polyester. The shoes did not fit, despite going up a size, and I'm having to go back and forth via email to get a correct return address which he is trying everything possible for me NOT to return the shoes. He even offered to discount a new purchase of shoes if I just "buy more." I said, "No thanks, I just want to return them." So as per our last email when I asked for a name, address, phone (etc.) for where I should return the items, he replied that he is "working on it and it will take a while." Take a while for a return address????? Are you kidding me? Like I'm the first person ever to ask for a return and he has to hunt down this magical location where the items are shipped from? I'm just going to eat the cost and give the shoes to a friend who can wear them because I'm pretty sure I'll never see my money returned. Stay away from this site like the plague - total scam.
I placed an order last year 2017 and I was shipped the wrong size. It was close to Octoberfest so when i contacted them they suggested I place a second order so it would ship faster and then return the wrong sized item. I did this and have been waiting a year for a refund. I have contacted them multiple times with no response and no refund.
Items arrived and they are ok quality and shipping time was not too bad. However, I need to return and they are basically unresponsive, despite saying they take returns on their website. TERRIBLE customer service. Will tell all my friends.
Update Sept 4/18: The items I ordered did arrive, a little later than promised - 10 days, not bad. It does come from Pakistan via DHL and tax needed to be paid. I did like the items and they fit quite well - ordered one size up for dirndl and lederhosen. Quality matches or exceeded that of another company via Amazon (which I am returning), so I was impressed after all. Not sure what I would have to go through to return though as I am keeping them. Also, it took the company 4 days to return my email and same for facebook message, but it did eventually happen. Don't make my mistake! I placed my order, but had a weird feeling about the check-out process. My credit card was charged immediately, yet no reply after that. I checked phone - out of order, live chat -not responding, emails not replied to except for auto-generated emails. There are so many red flags with this company. Please do yourself a favour and pay a little more from a reputable company. PS. OCTA is the name of the company charging your credit card. A 3 day delivery offered worldwide is another red flag - no one can do that! Thankfully my credit card company M/C is helping me with my dispute and reversing the charge.

Placed order for delivery in the US and delivery was prompt. The incorrect size Dirndl was shipped and after emailing their contact us email address I received a prompt that it was being looked into and shortly after that another reply that they were shipping the correct size. Would do business with them again.
I ordered 2 sets of Lederhosen to ensure the correct sizing (Internet clothing sizing can be tricky) with a view to returning if they did not fit. The Lederhosen arrived in 5 days and I decided to keep one set that fitted and return another that didn't - however this is when things fell apart. 1. Communications from the company regarding the return were very poor needing several chasers to elicit a response. 2. Despite claiming to be a "UK based company" - there is no evidence for this. The website is US hosted and the domain register is obfuscated. The telephone number on the website has an area code in Los Angeles (goes to answerphone) and the Lederhosen I received were drop shipped from Pakistan. When I did eventually get a response on the return I was told it would likely be in the region of $55 to $70 (odd currency from a UK company). 3. The Manchester address (48 Hamilton road) is an unoccupied and run down knitware factory (latest google streetview from July 2016 confirms this). I have pretty much given up processing a return with this company so it is with my Credit Card company. Yes they do ship items but if there are any issues with sizing then you appear to be stuck with the item...

I would/have recommended this company to many. Friendly customer service who went out of their way to help so quickly. Would of rated it a 10 but the scale doesn't go that high.
When I started the ordering process, they were very responsive to my questions and very friendly. I ordered 2 dirndls. They sent 3 dirndles, none of which were the ones I ordered. I tried calling to start the exchange process. They responded to none of my calls. They did respond to my emails and agreed to the return but I had to pay the shipping. The address they gave me was oversees and the shipping cost was the same as my purchase price. Since the ordering error was theirs, they agreed to work out a better return deal and promised to email me back in 1-2 days. That was the last I heard from them. They did not respond to any further emails. My credit card company got involved and the store did not respond to the credit card company either. Do not be fooled by their initial friendliness and responsiveness. It will end as soon as they have your money. This company is a disgrace.
I ordered a pair of lederhosen online and was pleasantly surprised how quickly they arrived. When I discovered they were too small and queried about exchanging they I received awesome customer support to correct the issue.
Just received my Lederhosen in the mail! It arrived in just a few days and is terrific quality. All of my friends at the office are wishing they had something like it for the Oktoberfests in Denver!

Oct 18,2018I wish there was an option for zero stars... beyond question the worst online retailer I have ever experienced. We ordered nearly $300 worth of goods from them for a party we were attending in late July and they charged our credit card immediately. Then after a week of non-communication (and no order confirmation) we urged their customer support for some answers only to find that nothing had shipped... and in fact the sizes we ordered were out of stock. They clearly never even looked at the order until we badgered them for answers. I’ve never known retailers to charge a customers card prior to shipping anything, but that’s what they did and at that point we were running out of time and were forced to cancel the order without receiving a single item. After weeks of attempts to get a refund, we were finally told that it was their accountants busy season with OktoberFest around the corner and they would get to it when they could... Seriously? We remained patient, urging the company regularly to please refund the money that they took without providing ANY goods or services, but after 3 months its clear that they are nothing more than thieves. Don’t believe any positive reviews, I wouldn’t be surprised if they bought them from a reputation management service... perhaps with my money. Save yourself some anguish and go straight to Amazon, their competitor offers the same quality items for the same if not better price through a reputable website.
