Sep 28,2023This is a HORRIBLE company! I wish this site would allow pictures! The Durndle I order is garbage! Look at the return policy! Only a company peddling garbage products has such a policy. Truly the worst experience I have ever had. The customer service is sooooo bad and soooo manipulative it doesn't seem possible anyone could be so dumb. I posted to as many Oktoberfest Facebook organizations as possible! Do your best to expose these crooks! ALSO...They are a Pakistani Company, none of the US or Canada contact info is legit

Sep 22,2023I ordered a dirndl last year and it came quickly (with tracking). This year, I ordered lederhosen for the husband. I went by the size chart provided and it arrived yesterday everything fit perfectly! Quality is great! It shipped within 24-hr and we had it in about a week. I just ordered 2 more dirndls yesterday and got a shipping notice already.

Sep 16,2023I had ordered a pair of lederhosen shorts from here. They took quite a while to ship and did not provide me with a tracking number until I emailed them asking for it. When the package did finally ship, it said for 2 weeks that my package is on hold so I sent them multiple emails asking why this is. Their response was always the same. They copy and pasted their email every time saying "Your package will arrive very soon :)" while not actually answering my question (At this point we thought it was a scam). I was also confused as to why it was coming from Pakistan on the tracking website but they claim it to be from the US? Anyways, after all this, when my package finally did arrive, WE WERE SO PLEASANTLY SURPRISED! The pants are absolutely great quality and my dad loves them. They look so well made. All in all, the experience with customer service was not good but the product itself really came through in the end.

Sep 12,2023I purchased two pairs of shoes one pair of dark brown and one pair of black for a total cost of $174 the dark brown shoes have creases all in the side of them and on the top front and it's missing suede the embroidery strings aren't tied all the way and their strings hanging out on the side and there's glue all down the inside that stuck to the suede, the invoice from Pakistan shows the value of the shoes at $8 USD they send you factory defects, the blackout shoes aren't black there are mixed medium brown with creases all on the sides of them and I guess Machining marks that's pressed into the leather suede and I suppose a two pairs of Free socks one with each set of shoes was not in this the bag that it was shipped in either these people are scammers and this was my first DHL shipment and before I even got notified from DHL I got all kinds of spam mail telling me that they had been a missed shipment and I needed to pay a rescheduling fee and that was sent to my private email that this company had access to because these people don't send out an invoice or a shipping order or anything to you Beware are these people this company is a scam

Sep 10,2023I ordered two dirndls from this store. When they arrived, they smelled horrible and were terribly sewn, as if by two different people and had frayed edges. I took photos and submitted return requests and got emails promising to get my returns taken care of "after the end of the month because the accounting department is so busy." I have re-sent my requests and they responded by sending me another dirndl I didn't ask for. So now I have three crappy items that I just want to return. They (Eva, the customer service rep) will not respond to my repeated requests so now I will have to begin a dispute with my credit card company. Please do not fall victim to their scam!!!

Sep 08,2023Their phone number is not real. Neither is their address. Packages ship from Pakistan despite saying their operations are in the US and Canada. The goods are not as described and they do not work with you to handle returns even if within the scope of their restrictive return policy. They also can not be found on the Better Business Bureau site so its not possible to flag a claim on them.

Aug 27,2023I ordered a dirndl from this site. The photos on the website were very low quality and blurry. It’s hard to tell from the online photos, but the item looks very cheap in person. The apron was approximately 12 inches longer than the dress, so I had to pay $40 to have it altered. I would not recommend this site.

Aug 25,2023After confirmation of order nothing happened for weeks. As I needed the Lederhosen for an event I asked per e-mail when I would receive the goods. No response. I phoned. Answering machine. I left an SMS. No response. By then I regretted not to have read the reviews of this company. Eventually I demanded my money back and threatened to report their company to the police for fraud if I would not be reimbursed within 10 days. On the 10th day I received information from DHL that a parcel had been booked in. After further 2 days I was notified that the parcel had been handed over to the courier company. All in all a very unpleasant experience and I would recommend, stay away from this company.

Aug 22,2023I entered a purchase for a medium men's shirt 8/18/23. Relying on the product's page, medium was the correct size. However, I then learned that the sizing guide is the authority and I actually needed a small (keep your stuff in order, Lederhosen Store)! On the same day, I tried to reach out to make a change. The phone number provided does not work - it either had busy signal or immediately dropped. The order confirmation email stated that I could use a live chat - there is none! The only way to communicate is through an archaic forms based email entry system. I tried every day to message to change out the size but I got the runaround, referencing me back to the sizing guide instead of honoring my simple request to swap out small for medium - not a complicated request to understand. I even kept trying to call the phone number and checked to see if the chat was available - nothing. My order status showed as being in process but I was told that it was already shipped so nothing could be done. If I do a return, I lose my $14, have to pay to ship the item back and lose more money with a 20% restocking fee. I should have stayed clear of this store. I am now disputing the purchase with my credit card company. Horrible experience. Avoid this place - there are so many other more customer-friendly and less sketchy places to support. I should have looked at the store's reviews before buying anything.

Aug 11,2023I've ordered 5 dirndls all with sizing issues. The sizes are completely inconsistent and about 12 emails later, I still don't have a resolution. I've sent photo after photo and proof that the sizing is completely inconsistent and I keep getting the run around. The dress fits and the blouse is about 4 sizes off or the blouse fits and the dress is a couple of sizes off. I've measured corrected AND sized up as they're made / shipped from India and the sizing chart is inaccurate. Despite sizing up, there are still sizing issues with every single one of my dirndls and a resolution doesn't seem possible. I do NOT recommend this store.

When I attempted to cancel my order before shipped they still tried to charge me a 20% fee. The same items they sell are available on Amazon with faster delivery and better customer service.

Apr 25,2023I ordered lederhosen and on the website, it stated the price was the final price. Then I started getting texts from DHL. It turns out the leather products are made in Pakistan and they use DHL to ship. I had to pay $25 to get the order released. I contacted the Lederhosen Store and they asked me to pay for it and they'd reimburse me for half. I paid for it and received the order...and then was sent a coupon for $12 off my next order. Not what I expected. My husband loves his lederhosen and I'm happy with the product but know that you'll have to pay for extra shipping if you live outside of Pakistan.

Apr 05,2023Listen to the 1 star reviews. Horrible company. Very cheap quality and the sizing is completely off! Return policy is nonexistent, and they are rude when you ask for a refund, stating you can have a credit. Why would I want to buy anything else on this site?! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!
