The quality is excellent. The price was great. I'm very pleased with our purchase and we are all ready for Oktoberfest. I would highly recommend. I'm in the United States.

May 24,2022Like many others, I have had a terrible experience with customer service. I ordered lederhosen that ended up being too small. I emailed customer service to ask about an exchange for a larger size. They replied quickly and said no problem, they would provide a discount code so I can order the new size at lower cost while I ship the original back and wait for the new size to ship. But in that email they did not provide said code. When I followed up, no reply. I have sent numerous emails asking for clarity and assistance, and they have ghosted me. Ignored completely. The phone number listed on the website is non-operational. If you Google the address and look at the photos of the street location, there is no evidence of this business being present. The address where is shipped from says "Land of the Pure, Muhammad Saqib, S/O Muhammad Nawaz, pakki kotti, daska road 51310, anwer khwaja road, Sialkot Pakistan. 51310" The only reason I did not give this one star is that the original purchase did arrive quickly, and the lederhosen and shirt and socks I purchased are good quality. But now I am stuck with lederhosen that do not fit, and I feel duped. CAVEAT EMPTOR! BUYER BEWARE!

May 11,2022Needed to change out a shirt for bigger size and was told I would need to purchase another item to cover shipping since shirt was free. Originally was told they would be happy to send new size then that changed. Bought some socks, socks came and no shirt. was told it would come shortly which didn't make sense since I bought something I didn't need to be shipped with shirt. Still no shirt, no response from company and phone number listed is not a working one!! VERY DISAPPOINTED! 6/28/22- after posting this review, I got shirt shortly after which is interesting since their reply was 6 weeks from post. But finally got shirt!!

Jan 22,2022I ordered two dirndls in September. One came fine, the other was horrible quality. Lots of runs in the fabric and it was sewed very poorly. I reached out right away and their responses have been very slow. It’s now been almost 4 months and nothing has been resolved. They want me to spend another $30+ to get a replacement, when it wasn’t even my error to begin with. Also the defective one I needed a replacement for isn’t even in stock anymore. Once pointing out that I shouldn’t be paying even more for their mistake they have decided to stop answering. I’ve reached out on many different venues and tried to get them to contact me but it seems they are done. I’m going to see if I can file a complaint through my credit card. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Jan 02,2022Horrible customer support. Everything is made in Pakistan. Their policy is basically they can ship you what ever they want, in what ever condition, and you are stuck with it. Beware. Don't buy from them. They take your money in the UK and then ship from Pakistan. Then when you get your defective garbage, they ghost you. You have been warned. After numerous emails, I'm still waiting for a reply on how they plan to replace the shoes with a torn tongue, a shirt with only 4 buttons! yes, only 4! and the chest patch of the lederhosen was trimmed crooked, so noticeable. This is absolute rubbish quality!

Dec 10,2021Guys don't buy anything from these lot they are a fraud,the company makes out it's German but the consignment comes from Pakistan,i don't mind it coming from Pakistan but it should be stated beforehand,I have been waiting for my refund for over 2 months now and first they replied to my emails but now they're not.

I play music in an Oktoberfest music band and I received a lot of compliments on the Bundhosen, more so than I get on my regular Lederhosen. These things looked good and felt good. I referred everyone who asked about them to the Lederhosen Store.

Nov 16,2021NOTE - TAX REFUND STILL NOT ISSUED DESPITE THE LIES IN THEIR REPLY!!! Would advise avoiding. Not from Germany via English warehouse as claimed but in fact from Pakistan. Perhaps not an issue for many but then to be hit by a Tax invoice from customs for £50 a month later, that’s not cool. Should have tax included in the price or you should atleast be declaring the correct value of the goods to customs.

Oct 12,2021Ordered Sept 6th, package shipped next day, but seller did not update shipping from - processing. I messaged seller on the 17th because account still showed processing and I ordered because it was advertised 3 days into US customs. Took seller 3 days to reply back with tracking number which showed the package was in customs since the 13th but no movement. Had to call Fed Ex numerous times which they were saying Pakistan was not answering the calls or inquires (I didn't even pay attention to where package was actually shipped - which is Pakistan. Seller advertises UK.... - They are NOT in the UK!! - MANY emails back and forth and seller refuses to give your money back claiming multiple excuses at one point "Eva G" sent me the size guide, refund return, and FAQ's links to "look at" while she was "not(obviously)" contacting Fed Ex. She message back days later asking me for any authorization Fed Ex gave - this was after I informed her numerous times that SHE needed to contact Fed EX and request refunds. It is now Oct 12th and she is still not contacting Fed Ex or giving me a refund. I purchased through Paypal, we shall see if I get anywhere on the report I sent through there.

Sep 24,2021I ordered a full set of laderhosen including pants, shirt, shoes and socks. All items arrived in 1 week and were all sized properly and of nice quality. The only reasons they did not receive 5 stars is because of two small issues. 1: I ordered the laterhosen and was supposed to receive the shirt for free and I was charged $19 for this item and attempted to get in contact via there phone number and was unable to contact them from California USA because when I called it said number no longer in service. 2: When I logged in to my account and even after receiving the items it still started the status of my order was still in packing. Therefore until I actually received my order I had no idea if it would arrive in time for my event. Overall as I stated earlier once I received my order it arrived in a very timely manner and the quality of their products is very satisfying.
