Aug 20,2024Do NOT purchase if you expect to be able to return if it doesn’t fit. As you will see from other reviewers they will stonewall you until you agree to pay more for replacements. I’ve never experienced anything like this with online purchasing. I sent my credit card company the email exchange with this company and they returned my money and are disputing it directly with the company. FYI I ordered size 2’s and one fit and one didn’t so it wasn’t a measuring issue on my end. Despite keeping the one that fit, returning the other was not an option presented after a week long of email exchanges. I CANNOT recommend this to anyone.

The company emailed me right away and made arrangements for me to get a new pair. Their customer service is excellent and the quality of the apparel is very nice!

Aug 16,2024Bought a pair of Lederhosen that seemed to run a size big for me. They are now saying they'll send me the new size before I even send back the old pair. Downside being that i have to pay $40-50 to return them, however I think this is a good compromise. Also their shirts are a bit plastic feeling and I feel like im gonna SWEAT in Munich. However their A.I. is very helpful and this is a pretty decent experience.

But the rapid response from customer service and the very reasonable solution that saves time and money, gives them 5 stars in my opinion!
