Waited 2 weeks and still no delivery. It appears to have been misdelivered so not the firms fault. They did however ship a second unit to me which was delivered on time and so how they dealt with this issue was very good. I knocked 1 star off as perhaps they can use a tracked service like most retailers so you will know where it is, when it's due etc rather than just waiting and waiting. A shout out to jacob who handled my issue very well.

Would not buy my bulbs from anywhere else than LED ME why would I want to easy ordering fast delivery and good products

Wasnt expecting much as the 230v ac/12v dc LED transformer was 3rd of the price of anything on amazon or ebay but when it came I was pleasantly surprised at the excellent build quality and it proved to an ideal replacement/improvement to the one it replaced in our bathroom mirror

Ordered some LED strip lights, which were the wrong colour when they arrived, I got in contact, they immediately sent out the correct colour strips, which arrived the next day. With customer service like this I would highly recommend this company and will certainly be using them again. The product is good quality too.

This is an update to my previous review... Now the product has arrived I'm very happy. Very happy with the quality of the bulbs, it was just the delivery info, and requesting a review before I had the products that let you down a bit.
