Amazing service would recommend this company. The heart shaped ceramic adult size urn with a small magnetic heart that we finally chose, in addition to the personalised engraving really surpassed the website visual. Finding a fitting tribute to love one is so difficult but this company made things easy.

I’m still waiting for the caskets ordered on 21st August.Most disappointing! I particularly wanted the caskets for September 5th so I had to make other arrangements. It’s a pity I wasn’t informed earlier of the change in delivery times as I was told to expect the caskets on September 4th before 6pm. Consequently I waited all day in vain!

Very pleased with the urn which is beautiful. It arrived quicker than I expected and was well packaged. I would have given 5 stars but for one disappointment. The plastic ashes bag at £12.05 plus £2.42 vat is, in my opinion, not good value for money. It's a clear common plastic bag with no discernible special qualities which comes with two plastic cable ties. Save yourself £14.47.

I was looking for an urn that didn't look like an urn and you have so many gorgeous ones which look like discrete ornaments.I bought a bronze heart shaped urn which was a large heart and a small one. It was for the ashes of my son and it is just beautiful. It took a few weeks to come but I emailed asking if all was OK and the communication was great and it arrived not long after. i live in the UK so it had a way to go - brilliant service and i just love it. My son is close but no one else would realise.Thanks

Disappointing. The surface of the heart has a flaw, a round Indentation on the top of the heart. Really would have liked it to have been perfect, especially as it was not cheap. I know each are made individually but I can't work out what would have caused it. That's the trouble when you don't see the goods before buying.

The size of the product is terrible for £194 total rip off when people are at their lowest. The vase also leaks!!!!

Lovely item to remember loved ones, very pleased with it! 4 stars instead of 5 is down to the packaging rather than the item itself as I thought it was a little excessive for the size of the item & also didn’t really appreciate the description of the item being listed on the outside of the packaging. This lead to the delivery driver knowing what was inside.
