Jul 25,2020Was advised Delivery time was 5-10 working days but order wasn’t even dispatched after 10 working days and then was waiting 2 weeks for delivery (which I appreciate was outside of their control and is a DHL problem but it was late before that) Items however are very good, were well protected and I appreciate the fact ye are the only website I saw that shows the prices so there’s a transparency and allows you to budget so I do appreciate that.

Jul 20,2020If I was simply marking on speed of service then LegendUrn deserves 5☆☆☆☆☆'s. I'm giving 3☆☆☆'s today because, I bought a Keepsake scattering urn that cost more than the Urn itself. That the packing was far more than was required, and my first thought was perhaps they sent the main urn by mistake. Though the website shows the difference in size, it could of been more useful to show more pictures of the keepsake urn, detailing the inlet, the widget that holds the lid in place, the lid removed and seeing the keepsake in someones hand. That said, I'm very pleased with my purchase, aesthetically the bamboo keepsake is easy on the eye, looks like a baton and easy to use as a scattering urn.

Jul 18,2020Hello, Due to Covid-19 my order took considerably long time but finally I received a beautifully made Urn. It looks much better than website. Thank you. I am glad that I have waited patiently. It is order made so feel unique and special. sealing the lid was a little awkward but I bought adhesive called Suguru from Amazon. It seems works well. The container was big enough for tall male adult.

Jul 14,2020The urn was not fit for purpose. When my uncle's ashes were collected from the funeral directors we found out that the lid of the urn fitted very badly so would not glue on, The COOP had tried and so did a neighbour but to no avail. The lid was so loose ash was coming out and adhering to the matt finish on the outside. As a result when we laid my uncle to rest in the church yard, my cousin had to put the urn in the grave first then put the lid on top. Many people came, as they had not been allowed at the funeral resulting an embarrassing, undignified end for my most intelligent and dignified relative. Deeply distressing.

Jul 11,2020I ordered a pet urn for my cat as I wanted something special for her, it had to come from America, it arrived quickly and very well packaged, unfortunately it was smaller than I thought ( I’d not read the sizes beforehand), I contacted legend urn who were very helpful and advised me on how to return item, everything was done with no fuss, I emailed a copy of proof of posting and a refund was arranged.i would definitely recommend them and use them again .

Jul 08,2020I bought the bamboo urn from legendURN, it's made of thin wood which doesn't trouble me but bear it in mind if you want something that feels a bit substantial. It's rather expensive for what it is but it broadly conforms to what I expected and delivery was quick.
