They reached out to the artist for me and kept me informed every step of the way. I live in the United States so I expected to wait a while to receive it but it came very fast and earlier than what was estimated. Thank you so much for all you do. This is a beautiful way to honor the life of my baby and words can't describe what a wonderful job the artist did.

Jun 25,2020Ordered a wicker urn on the 27th May, arrived 25th June after having to enquire where the order was. It was made in China, the base is made from tiny twigs, the whole thing is very poor value for money. Certainly not worth the £81 we paid.

It takes approximately over a month for my order to arrive, & the worst part is I keep on asking for an update but it seems they are not responding right away, I know & understand about the COVID situation that makes it longer for the delievery but this is too much because my husband ashes was already waiting for almost x2weeks before I managed to take him back due to the delayed delivery... The staff I have been dealing are not even that helpful at all. For me, I would not recommend this shop @ all.
