I was upset and distressed by the presentenation of my Urn when it arrived. It was a beautiful piece online and I trusted the recommendation from my funeral directors and didn’t hesitate to pay the amount of £518.66 but to my dismay it had various chip marks, an overbleed of paintwork, there was a visible loose hair mark and also looked unfinished in places. The whole piece just looked as though it had been rushed. This completely diminished the centement it should have portrayed. Unfortunately I had been away dealing with my late mothers affairs and was unable to return within the time frame given. I tried to contact legendurn regarding my order on numerous occasions via telephone but you cannot speak to an individual directly you have to leave a voicemail with your name and number and I have also sent 4 emails with photos attached but I have not received a response. It has been nearly 3 months! I am so upset that I have spent ALOT of money on what was supposed to be a beautiful centement to my late mother and it hasn’t been made with care nor has anyone from legendUrn acknowledged my calls or emails. I should have not been caused anymore stress on top of what I’m already going through. Wouldn’t recommend this website. IN REPLY TO YOUR COMMENT: Thankyou for your response which was very quick it’s ashame I had to post negative feedback in order for you to acknowledge me. After reading your reply it’s certainly apparent you have an issue with your voicemail and mailing system, I suggest you look into this so other customers are not affected in the same way and have to experience what I have. Initially i filled out the contact form on your website where I was only able to attach one photo but as there was more than one issue with the urn I asked for further help on how I can attach more, you then replied with the email address info@legendurn to which I received NO response to all four emails! I hope you can appreciate I do not have the time or energy to be making this up so please do not suggest that Im the one who hasn’t replied to you. I then phoned twice and left a voicemail as requested which was during the week as i used my work phone incase I occurred any charges from my mobile, again no response. I will forward this email for the 5th time and I really hope that someone will respond to me.

Excellent service from LegendURN. Purchase arrived via DHL International much quicker than I expected and Urn was extremely well packaged. Also, I'm very pleased with the Urn which is as described on the website plus I think the Urn is a very unusual and pretty piece of glassware. I'd recommend this company and would have no reservation about purchasing from them again. Many thanks.

Excellent service. Item exactly or even more beautiful than shown on the website. Pleased DHL was used for delivery as it was easy to track. Only improvement needed is that website states material as 'bronze' but when querying before placing the order I was told it was brass.

The Angel urn arrived and I was stunned. It is absolutely beautiful. I bought this for my daughter so that I can put some of my sons ashes in and she can put it on her pandora bracelet and carry him with her always xxx
