Ordering was easy and the parcel came well within the 3 week timescale that was stated. I purchased a bronze loveheart urn, decorated with 2 doves and it is exactly what I wanted. Would definitely recommend this company

Dec 10,2018When contacting Legend Urn they didn't always get back to me straight away. The urn that I ordered took longer than expected as they said they do not keep the Star Galaxy Granite items in stock and it had to be made specially. As I selected this item from the website I assumed it was a stock item, it did not indicate that it was a longer wait time. On a positive the urn was perfect upon arrival.

Dec 08,2018the service was excellent, the delivery was prompt, easy transaction the urn is beautiful, the only problem i had was that the urn has a small chip present only very small. I have not complained or returned because the urn was for my dear friend who had unfortunately lost her 17 year old daughter and she was waiting to collect the ashes from the undertakers to bring her daughters remains home. i gave her the urn which she stated it was beautiful, perfect for her daughter. i purposely did not mention the small chip to her, i would not want her to be disappointed and had to wait further before she could bring her daughter home. regards yvonne hunter

Nov 20,2018AVOID-TERRIBLE SERVICE. I ordered an urn from legendURN over the phone and was told that it would be available for a few days later on express delivery. Being such an important time (my father's funeral), I made sure that they phoned up to make sure that they could delivery it in time which they assured me again it would. One working day before delivery I was told that it wouldn't be there the day before the cremation but on the day itself before midday even though the service was at 10am. Then that afternoon I was told that they wouldn't even be able to delivery it on the day. It turned up 2 days later in the end. No communication at all. UNACCEPTABLE
