Jun 11,2019I made my order and apparently the order was dispatched by DHL. I was sent a link to which the apparent order was sent and i could not trace the order using the information Legendurns sent me. After several efforts and frustration I asked for assistance from Legendurns. They I formed me that the apparent dispatched had gone missing. I chased my enquiry up and they confirmed that it was indeed missing and I could get replacement for not the same item as the item i ordered was no longer available. I feel this was coincidental and there was actually no stock again the first place and that is why I could not trace the one and only item that had apparently been dispatched. I have requested a refund which "could take up to 30 days to reach my account". Not very impressed with the unfortunate misshappenings of my order.

May 26,2019I looked for something different in an Urn for my Dads ashes , and came across Legend which offered very different styled urns. I chose to have one hand made by their artist in bronze , they said it would take 6 weeks to be made and delivered , and this they kept to. I am very pleased with my urn from Legend along with their communication and help, thanks ever so much agains Best regards Mark

May 01,2019At such a sad and heartbreaking time I was so happy with the service I got from LEGENDURN. I truly felt they cared and they answered all my questions with patience and respect. I bought the CHRIST HEAD URN. It is so beautiful, I couldn’t be more pleased . It took longer than I expected to arrive but it was most definitely worth the wait . I fail to see why anyone would buy their Urns from anywhere else !

May 01,2019I ordered my urn on the 25th Feb I received it on the 26th April.... bearing in mind this is a urn & I'm looking to place a loved ones ashes in here this was not good enough. I asked for the order to be cancelled but they would then give me a update as in anyway or 1 week away etc. Then I was offered a 20% discount but never received that either. Not good .... service really not under the circumstances neither does it say on their website that a urn would take this long.

Apr 24,2019Although it was packaged well for delivery, one of the crystal stars had dropped off (which we will have to glue on later). Apart from that, it all seems fine and will be using later this week. The star graphics were the attraction for us and to this part we are satisfied. Thank you

Delivery was within 10 days which was fine, however, the envelope was plastered in advertising making my purchase of this very personal item announced to my neighbours who took the parcel in for me.
