My husband's urn arrived today , the only words that comes to mind is amazing, the urn is amazing, The way it was packed was amazing ,the delivery time was amazing, the cost was amazing , I really can't think of a better word to use then amazing , because the whole experience has been just that amazing from time I looked online and found them ,untill receiving it today, I really can't thank you enough, I hope I don't have to buy Another urn ,but if I had to I most certainly come back to you Kindest regards jax Taylor

I received immediate email acknowledging order and further emails advising me of progress. Although the despatch email advised that tracking information would be sent none was forthcoming, but this was not a major problem. The urn was received within the stated period and was extremely well protected. It was everything I hoped for and looks magnificent - a fitting memorial for my dear wife.

Facing a short timescale to find, and have delivered, keepsake urns that I actually liked (not an easy task) for my stepchildren living abroad I came across this company. From start to finish, they were extremely helpful. The keepsake was manufactured to a high standard. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company to others.

Service was extremely quick especially as it is so close to Christmas. Product came safely and fully packaged. Beautifully crafted and of a high quality - one tidy criticism glue instructions where only in one language (polish perhaps) however there were diagrams that were pretty self explanatory so as I said only a minor niggle. Very happy and would highly recommend.

Careless delivery attempt aborted on 3/12, responsible adult in our flat all day but suspect that driver went to neighbouring block of flats where same number flat was empty. Driver seems to have ignored our instruction to try neighbours. NO phone call received re lack of response. On redelivery following day (4/12) frustrating lack of information as to likely delivery time band meant remaining housebound for whole of second day as well causing great inconvenience and disappointment. Package delivered at 6.30 pm Result: intentions to deal with ashes when urn received had to be postponed for this year due to family member having to return to The Netherlands.

From choosing to signing for delivery, legendURN were just what I required for my Father's ashes. Payment went through smoothly, DPD delivered BEFORE I expected (tracking the item in Holland was easy). I wanted something special for my husband's ashes and I needed to speak to a sympathetic person to discuss my requirements. I found both when dealing with LegendUrn. I searched the Internet and luckily found this company who had the perfect urn which I knew would be exactly what my husband would have chosen himself. I was unsure of the size I required but rang the company and discussed everything with them. The urn was delivered in perfect condition due to clever packaging and when I discovered the filling instructions were written in Dutch, the company e-mailed me instantly with the English version. I would not hesitate to recommend LegendUrn, especially as you can return any product if you are not satisfied.
